The privacy policy on this app is intriguing. Very upfront about being a Russian Federation corp, but the TOS, hiwever creepy about cookies, is more clear and literal (honesty unverified) than any EULAs or TOS you'll read in the USA. As a music app... the samples are possibly useful? IF they don't pour all your data- your IP address, OS versions, name, location and more being fair game, by terms of contract for this free app... all your data into whatever databases across the Bering Strait, just past Michelle Palin's house.
Yes I'm sure Moscow can't get enough data from amateur stoners and technoheaded teens... unless they've got great audio filters and analysis time to burn, and Might ferret out some kid with an important daddy he hates, somewhere. Hmmm.
Again, this TOS is more open and concise than anything in the USA. We could take a lesson on this.
