Lots of Room for Improvement
I had no problem using this app. You can get the print-outs and supplemental material on their website. On that point, those materials are not that great, especially not for children. They should have created something a little more interactive, or an additional app. Also, you cant use Google Home to view it on your large screen. Lastly, the story line is a bit weird and maybe not altogether appropriate for children. The villain has a fixation with the princess even after she is married; he kidnaps her baby and several episodes are about the parents and grandparents searching for the baby.

I wish I would have read other peoples reviews before purchasing the two-year program. Upon signing up you are given a login/password. However, the login/password that they gave me don’t work - so there is no way to access the program on any apps (there is also no way to change or recover your password ). I have tried emailing the company and no one responds. I’ve tried calling to cancel - and again no one responds. Muzzy is a great program - but the way this is set up, this really is a scam.
6 month update: WAY too little content for the amount that you pay and the app for some reason constantly locks me out and the password never works on the app even though it works on the desktop website. All in all, worst purchase I made this year. Save your money.

Very scared I won’t get my money back
I’m getting very scared and concerned after reading multiple reviews and trying to get in touch with customer service that I am not gonna be able to cancel or get my refund for this. I have emailed customer service and called which no one answers. I have also tried the chat function on the website and in the middle of the day during a normal work week they say that these aren’t normal business hours. I look up the business on Google and it says the facility is closed. I am getting extremely concerned and wish to be contacted immediately! Other phone numbers aren’t working, links to cancel my subscription don’t work, the list goes on!

GOOD FOR ON THR GO BUT CANNOT ACCESS GAMES OR ACTIVITIES
We love our MUZZY for French. I have two small boys and that both adore MUZZY ..... except the fact that we cannot have access to our full subscription due to the app not allowing us / having the capabilities to give users what they pay for! Not cool, some would call this ... A SCAM!! Also why do you not have a password retrieval system? Help a mother out.

Scam
I purchased a two year account for Muzzy online this past summer and received email receipt and directions for accessing it via the Puffin Academy app. I downloaded that app and my child used Muzzy regularly for a few months. Suddenly, it wouldn’t recognize my log in credentials and there was no option for resetting them or getting help. Now, when I look for Puffin Academy app in the App Store, it’s gone. I found this app through search, but it still won’t accept our log in credentials. I’m upset that I was scammed and paid for a 2 year service we only got a few months of.

Was looking for the games
I paid for a subscription and so far haven’t been able to get the website to load past the login! I’m very irritated and have tried every device I own, have tried to make sure I have updated flash and looked for anyway to get the puffin academy browser but it isn’t available for my iPhone, iPad, kindle fire, Microsoft surface or MacBook! How are my kids supposed to play these games?! I emailed the contact listed on the website and haven’t gotten a response so I guess I’m just ranting in the wind!

App vs web
If you start in the app, the password does not open the web version. So I did not understand how to access all the print outs and games( these are not in the app) I canceled the trial and then purchased through the web, an now same issue, the web version password is not valid in the app.

Got my password actives and access to my subscription
Up date, a few days later got a phone call from customer service and got access to all my subscription and got my password again.. my son 7 loves Muzzy.. we are learning Mandarin and there is no pro tables for it yet, that is why I did not give 5 but other wise great program for kids.

Not honoring subscription time
I purchased a 24 month subscription up front, and it stopped working after 12 months. Nothing was emailed to me to confirm my purchase, but I took screen shots of the receipt screen after purchase. There is a phone number at the bottom, but it doesn’t work. So I have no way of contacting anyone except to complain here.

I thought I paid for this
I thought I signed up and paid but never could figure out the login. There’s no password reset. It’s now been so long that I can’t even remember which month I bought it (or attempted to) and I find it really frustrating. I loved Muzzy as a kid. If I could at least access password/account reset options, I could verify it much easier.
