This app is a good app, it has all the necessary features and it's useful to track my family's location. Unfortunately, i wasn't really satisfied with its features as I have learnt that you cannot control a person's faithfulness. Being entirely good to them doesn't automatically translate to being treated the same way. I was married to my ex for four years with a daughter and i had no idea she was cheating. The immense love I had for her overshadowed signs and signals that she was being unfaithful. It all started when I observed certain changes in behavior and the way she held her phone so closely. I had to speak with a colleague at work who recommended Kevin, a 'top of the line' private investigator. I immediately wrote to him at Darknetguruhacker @ Gmail com and explained my plight in details. I provided the necessary information that he requested and we agreed on a fee. I speedily paid for his services and not later than 4 hours, he gained access to my ex call history, her deleted texts, emails, gps location and social media apps. It seemed as though my life was spinning out control when i found out she had someone else. I felt used but satisfied that I finally found out the truth. I could not bear the secrecy so I filed for a divorce. I'm really thankful to Kevin for helping me out of my situation. If you ever find yourself in such quagmire , i recommend that you write to him at Darknetguruhacker @ Gmail com. These spy apps can only do so much.

Won’t stay updated
My husband’s and My phone are linked. He gets notifications when I am driving and when I arrive places. It shows my history but won’t show his at all. It won’t show he’s at work, still shows he’s at home more than an hour after he leaves. I have tried to email for support and it says the email is full. It immediately charged me and didn’t wait until after the 7 day trial. My husband had to pay too. Not impressed.

This app is horrible. I purchased it to track my son on a cross-country road trip. For the first week that he was gone, it said that his location was at home. Once it finally found him, a full week later, his location is now stuck where it found him. It has been 2 days since it’s located him again.

Falsely advertised
The app presents as being able to have a free trial for 7 days but then once you get the app you are automatically charged and fine print after downloading says no free trial. It also speak of a free version in the fine print but there is no option for it. If you try to send an email within the app to customer service it will not work. I am most disappointed with being able to give this a try before committing to it. The initial experience has been so bad I have reservations on whether it works well for tracking where my children are.

Not working after purchase
The app does not provide notifications at all. It does not update location. If it does it’s hours later. Missing gaps of time. It says 7 day free trial; but I was charged immediately. Now that I was charged, it stopped working and just spins and spins and freezes until I power cycle my phone. Worst app experience, especially for a paid app. Enough that I’m writing a review about it. Especially with as important and this app is needed. I’d like my money back. I’m getting a different app.

Worked great and then it didn't
I use this app for my two boys. Worked great for over a year. Then all of a sudden I keep getting a pop up as for purchasing the app, which I already pay for every 3 months with auto pay. Now it is crap, won't work. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them twice no response. Totally frustrated!!

Won’t let me restore
I accidentally deleted this app and when I downloaded it again I tried to use the “restore “link because I have previously purchased this. It would be nice if I could include a screenshot of the error message that it shows me. It says

I ordered this app on my phone and my daughter’s phone without enough research. It stated there is a 3 day trial but when I went to cancel… there is NO option ANYWHERE to cancel…. Not even a phone number for help to call!!! Very user unfriendly!!! I have written 3 emails to them asking how I do I cancel and have not received one email back!!

It is impossible to cancel with them. I have emailed three times and have gotten no response. On top of that they charged for a subscription to my husbands phone and mine so we were double charged for the same account. I will have to put a dispute in with my bank. Do not put a customer service email if you don’t answer emails!
