Description
My mental kitchen is a pilot programme accredited by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group. It carries 30 CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points. It works with what you have currently implemented in your organisation and supports you in identifying how you can enhance your systems, training and feedback processes.
It is an opportunity to change your organisation whilst being supported and coached.
The nature of the programme is to co-create peer mentoring and peer facilitation. Leaders, management, and staff within your organization co-create an environment that builds self-esteem, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Through communication techniques, the desired outcomes and objectives are agreed upon through collaboration.
The program has been designed with proven methodologies and approaches to help attract, retain and build resilient teams.
As part of our training foundation, we look at how each person shows up as a leader within the organization.
We support implementing the necessary changes to make the new processes and systems integral to your business so the difference is lasting and embedded.
Based on 30 years of experience in hospitality and 20 years of mental health and well-being.
