So many memories
After reading about Mr Carle’s unfortunate passing, I found this app. My kids are all grown, but this was my middle child’s favorite book. This app brought tears to my eyes that I felt the caterpillar was really in the room with me. I do agree there maybe should be a few more things to add to make it worth the price, but it was enough for me to share it with my grown kids and they all loved it. I really love how the caterpillar is initially apprehensions of the toy mouse and eventually tries to catch it. So adorable!

Kids love it! But I miss the song and story
I love the app, my three little girls have blast playing with it. However, I can’t help but to notice the lack of the song and story we are so used to watch. My daughters know that by heart, can even tell you the entire story.
I would love to see a second mode where we would have a predefined course or set of actions for the caterpillar so it would match the song. Just an idea.

Love this app but...
My granddaughter and I loved this app when we used it 6 months ago. I’ve been gone, and now that we are using it again, there seem to be some glitches. It often won’t load, just showing that moving rectangle and arrows. Sometimes the screen won’t respond to tapping, so the caterpillar won’t go to sleep or the fruit won’t appear. At times the caterpillar seems to wander away and then fly back thru the air, which is kind of strange. This is a great app, so please fix these issues. Thanks!

Camera seems to be broken on iPhone8 plus
I purchased this app to play with my toddler and the camera seems to be missing something. I can't get past the"not enough light" warning no matter how many lights I turn on. I also tried going outside where it was bright enough to need sunglasses. The camera image in the app appears muddy, slightly out of focus and very dark. I've compared what's shown to my camera app and its definitely darker. I have gotten the dots to appear, but no character. I've now tried in multiple locations with round tables, square, smooth, textured and even a grid with no luck. Clearly a bug 🐛 in the app, pun intended.

I love the caterpillar
I love this game. It is so cute. I like how the caterpillar plays with the ball it makes me smile. It is so funny. I wish you could add mini adventures or games and also adding some background music and voice to the caterpillar. This game has so much potential. I like it but I would like to see new background , themes stories with missions to achieve. Yeah I even would like to be able to talk to my baby caterpillar. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing
I loved this app it was spectacular. Everything about it was so fun. My children 6 and 4 loved the app and was one of the only apps they used. I found this app on AppAdvice but I think it’s totally worth buying it. You can color and my kids just adore every time they hatch the butterfly and watch it fly . #thebest😁.

Great job can you add more?
The game is really good and it’s very calming with all the pretty colors and the music, and the loop is amazing. Maybe you could add more things to interact with the caterpillar, using games and maybe being able to pet it. Overall you could only add to this game to make it better.

This is so fun like a real hungry caapilar from the story into real life. Maybe it would be better to make all of the apps you already made become even more free! Don’t forget the purchases and make all the stuff that is in that app free to! 😊

This app is very creative and cute but I’m a little disappointed it doesn’t completely follow the Very Hungry Catepillar storyline
Is there any way you could add the last day where he eats all sorts of food and then gets sick and eats a leaf before growing his chysiliss and becoming a butterfly

Deceiving money grab, not kids friendly
After installing the free app and opening it, first thing is a pop up that says play. Click it, and it launches you back to the app store to the same/similar app, but with $1.99 listing. What? Back to the app, and you’ll find lots of hidden ads/ways for the app to get you back to the app store to buy other apps from the developer. What trick is this? Very deceiving and definitely not for kids.
