Locked out with no support contact information
I tried getting into this app with password reset, filling in appropriate information, answering the security question but the question was not recognized. There is only one answer so I don’t know what else it could be. Tried several times and was locked out with a notice to contact customer service or administrator or something. Absolutely no information about who to contact 😩

App can never log in
This app is terrible. Every time I try to log in it says unable to reach authentication server try again soon. When I try so submit feedback it says an error occurred submitting feedback. They say the app has your cards and allows you to track expenditures. Not if you can’t log in

App is working well for me and gives the option to email or download insurance card. This feature is nice for those looking to carry less plastic

Terrible app
I have had nothing but problems with My Create and its inefficient app. Each time I call with issues, I’m advised not to even use the app and to try looking at it on a computer. I really wish the local would use a different service because I have been dissatisfied with every single aspect of MyCreate.

Slow working and horrible app support
App requested for me to change password as current password was to expire. In doing that, the app locked me out and I called app support. It asks for specific information to verify. After inserting said information, it just keeps hanging up on me 😡. Needless to say, I am not happy!

Can’t finish registering!
Downloaded the app, saved my communication preferences and that’s it. Doesn’t go any further. I click on save acknowledgments and nothing happens. I click continue later and it signs me out. Clicked on provide feedback and THAT doesn’t even work. 🤬

You app is horrible
You app works periodically, crashes more then works. Customer support is a joke. You call the number, put in the info. And the phone hangs up. It is horrible that I can’t track my clams because of substandard work.

Error message came up on the bottom saying they are sorry and the engineers are working on it. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

Totally useless
This app is a complete joke. Enter your I’d to register and it comes up with family members no longer on the plan, but not me, the policyholder?
And there is no way to enter my name manually. Completely useless.
