Westeri,
Basic app could be better with more tracking
I’m using this with my Exerpeutic Gold975XBT recumbent exercise bike. It connected easily but had difficulty reconnecting after I backed out of a workout. Going back to the home screen on the bike and waiting a minute seemed to fix that so I’m chalking it up to a Bluetooth quirk.

The app itself works fine. It’s much easier to set up a workout using the app vs. using the LCD screen on the bike. 3 stars because it only tracks a few stats in reports, despite having access to a lot more information, and the interface is kind of clunky like having the password change form on the home page instead of under the profile and the stat selection buttons covering the graph on iPad.

I would also have loved to have a historical record of all my workouts (or even the last 30 days) similar to the summary screen. I have to remember to screenshot the summary or I lose all the details of the workout.
C21Mi Realtor,
App didn’t work
I was unable to register in order to use the app. I was able to fill all fields but when I got to “country”, I click on”country” and the app would crash and close. I tried registering without entering “country” and it wouldn’t allow me to register without entering that field.

So…unfortunately I was never able to try the app.

Happy with app
I have been using v 1.6 on a recumbent bike for 2 weeks now. Once I learned its peculiarities, I found it to be useful.
Namely:
*Be sure to log in on your device when the exerciser is at its home screen, such as U1 or U2.
*The exerciser screen is disabled for input when logged in from your device, although status and counts are updated.
*Only sessions with goals set are accumulated to the report screen. Quick start and manual are not.
*Distance is accumulated to reports only when a distance goal is set. Distance is not accumulated for calorie or time goals.
*The distance accumulated in a report is 0.62 of the distance achieved in a session. I have the exerciser set for imperial units.

The reporting function is really nice to have to show progress. The color screen of the app, while for the most part only repeating what is on the exerciser, is easier to see , especially on a tablet.
I have used the app on an iPad and on a iPhone, both function as well.
Last, the ability to multitask allows music, reading, podcasts and other such diversions while accumulating my exercise progress.

One star off for not logging distance well, otherwise works well.
MontanaMack,
Works fine for the Exerpeutic Gold 575 XLS Upright Bike.
I like using this app. It gives me just the right amount of control for the exercise bike, but it could use some minor changes. I use this on an iPhone in landscape mode and have it sitting on top of the control panel. In this mode, the + and - buttons are just above the stop button and it’s very easy to incorrectly hit the stop button when you wanted to either increase or decrease the level. The level buttons are too thin and could use a size increase. It would be nice to have the level buttons be twice the height they are now and have the stop button be situated in the center of the level buttons. This would eliminate any chance of incorrectly hitting the wrong button.

Love it!
I have to make sure my Bluetooth is on my device and open it before starting my elliptical then it will connect to my machine, otherwise I just have to restart my elliptical for it to connect. Love how it is touchscreen on my iPad and I can control it from my iPad. So excited about exercising again.
Lynniebean,
Doesn’t work
So I specifically got this exercise bike because it had an app, and the app doesn’t work. First it wouldn’t connect so support sent me a new monitor. Now it’ll connect but when you pick a workout, and click start, a pop up comes up saying I completed the workout and I hadn’t even done anything yet and it takes you back to the main screen. Atrocious worthless app.
jlundell,
Disappointing
The app seems basically functional. Let’s be generous and start out with 4 stars. But it’s a disaster on an iPhone X; minus a star. iPad works, but after a few seconds in the background, it dies and can’t reconnect with the bike; minus another star. And it seems there’s no way to contact support about any of this; there goes another star. Do the arithmetic: one star.
Richard1082,
Junk
Half the time the app won’t connect to the bike even when I am sitting on the bike either the app is junk or the app is junk I don’t know which but if the app wasn’t free I would be wanting a refund if it wasn’t free I wouldn’t even give it 1 star
Rxdiaz,
Terrible
Give us money, give us money, give us money! Does this app actually do anything except ask for money? I see non useful features at all.
210woggy,
Doesn’t Work Without your Location
The app requires your location to work. Unusable for me.
