Exceeded expectations
I downloaded this app a few months ago and used it once just fine and not to its full potential, simply to get one last minute headshot. As is industry standard, my daughter was scheduled for a last minute audition. I quickly uploaded a couple recent headshots and this time I actually utilized the Resume portion - I am so amazed. It is so easy! The only thing I don’t care for is that filling out the special skills portion on the Resume is all on one line and is difficult to edit when I want to add something toward the beginning of the line. Anyway, audition is approaching and I’m ready to save these and get them printed to 1 hr photo and the app keeps crashing when I try to save it! Ah! I contact support and receive a response in less than 30 minutes 🙂 that is the best tech support/ customer service around! I would recommend this app to everyone I know in the industry.

App Crashing
This is literally the perfect app yet it keeps crashing; closing out on its own all of a sudden. Therefore, I can’t even edit the resume I did create on here. I have yet to see another app like this in the App Store. Hopefully you all can make updates.

Fully featured photo editor my *ss
The only thing this app does is take a phot and put a frame around it with your name on it and your resume on the back. I spent $5.99 for an app that was supposed to let me edit my photo to remove blemishes and clean up the photo for publishing before I put it on LinkedIn. I got scammed. I literally could have taken the phot and framed it using PowerPoint. Save your money unless you’re an actor who already looks perfect

MyHeadshots Exceeded Expectations
I recently needed a headshot for my child's first dance audition but didn't have enough time to have it professionally produced, so I turned to the iTunes App Store and quickly discovered this excellent app. I was amazed, first of all, that this tool even existed and was even more surprised by its quality and ease of use. Initially, I had a minor problem editing out information I didn't want to appear on the resume, which by the way conveniently can be added to the back of the headshot during printing, so I sent a message to the customer service email address provided for the app, explaining the issue I was having. Within a couple of hours I received a reply from the app's creator, who helped me troubleshoot the problem over several email exchanges. Even better, he made sure that the subsequent update (released just a short-time later) made the needed corrections. I could not have asked for a more responsive creative/customer-service team nor a better tool for creating high-quality headshots for the aspiring actor, dancer, musician or other entertainment professional. I just wish this had existed when going out on auditions myself. So, for the reasons outlined, I enthusiastically give the MyHeadshots app five stars. Kudos also to the app's creator for recognizing the need for such a product and being so personally invested in its success!

Backup or Glitch!
Loved the app for years! BUT there needs to be Cloud integration or some form of a backup. I just opened the app (1st time in 2 months) and ALL of my shots were gone!! All of them!!!!!! I hadn’t done anything different with my phone either.
