I'm running out of choices,
My shoulder recovery
I have amazing people in my corner/team. From Doctor Montgonmary and his staff, health track, and out patient therapy at Jag1 my recovery is on track. But the key to yours or my success is yourself, you must be committed. I have come a long way, with the guidance from my team I listed above. I’m at a point where my strength is starting to come back. But, I still have a long way to go. I’m committed to myself. What you put in you get out. Health track has been an amazing tool for my recovery. It provides positive reinforcement and is just a click away. Thank you everyone and health track for being by my side.

Amazing Progress
My orthopedic doctor gave me this app. to use along with going to physical therapy. PT cannot get me in until the 18th so this app is all I have to start my rehabilitation. I am utterly amazed with the progress I have already made in just 4 days. I have a left knee medial meniscus tear and could barely bend my knee, walked with a terrible limp and was in a lot of pain. Since I did the first night of exercises everything has improved!!! The positive articles and recommendations for nutrition, foam roller exercises, everything is very helpful.
Jasa05,
Doesn’t let you reset your login…
Great idea & great exercises, but the one problem is that it doesn’t let you change your password. I had an incident with my iPhone and I tried to login on my iPad, but it kept saying my login was wrong which it wasn’t. Luckily I got my phone working again, the login WAS in fact what I thought it was, and got back into the app and I tried to change the email and password, but it doesn’t let you. It just loads and never saves the changes. God forbid something happens again where I can’t login on my phone, I’ll never be able to access my PT anywhere and have to pay for extra in person PT at the clinic…
Great Results.,
Great Alternative to In- Person PT
I find Health Track a wonderful option to in person PT. The exercises are well explained and the video instructions are extremely helpful. It also provides the patient flexibility in when the exercises can be done from the comfort of your home. I would recommend to anyone to try first before in person PT.
Lily Morgans,
Thank you, mHT!
I struggled with neck/upper back pain for most of my life and after using myHealthTrack for a few weeks I feel so much better. The daily exercises keep me on track and are simple yet effective. I also love the other resources such as the nutrition content and learning about mental health. Thank you, mHT!

Enjoying myHealthTrack
I like the exercises and the encouragement and the app. myHealthTrack exercises are better than outpatient therapy exercises. The videos assure that form is maintained. The structure provided by myHealthTrack is an asset to recovery.
mtn85,
Good plan for recovery
Don’t like I have to login every time I open the app, it does not have an option to remember my credentials. I would also like to see the amount of reps when the exercise is opened up and not have to close the exercise to see reps along side the list of exercises.
rebecca429,
Buggy FaceID Login
FaceID inconsistently works. Receive errors almost every other time I attempt to log in

Feature requests:
- stay logged in forever
- not automatically progressing in case we miss a day, and having the option to change it to manual daily progression
sdw&jll,
Impressive
This app not just guides me through the process, but engages my whole body, mind and spirit. The whole of me is recovering.
jp3chicago,
Easy button!
MHT was easy to set up, understand, and follow. Glad I used this app!
