I've been using this app fitter about a month now and I must say it is definitely worth the download. I love that feature that they have lots that track the days that you do the exercise. They also don't overrun you with ads and I hope that doesn't change

Works well
Very simple to use, gives me notifications to keep me on track, been using for a few days, not high tech with to much to worry about, straight to the point. If you got a busy day like I do this works well.

Simple and no $ cost. You are in control and at your pace. Since you have to focus on pressing the screen on your phone, then at same time, you focus on squeezing your pelvic muscles.
