Live is a special place.
I went to the other Baltimore casino before coming to Live and they were so rude to me and I immediately left. We came to Live later that day and when we walked in the door the atmosphere was different. I felt welcome and they were glad I was there. I didn’t feel as though I was wasting their time or the were in a hurry to get rid of me to get to the next person. Casino is clean and well laid out. Great rewards program. I never go to any other casino while I’m in Baltimore.

I love playing both PlayLive Casino online an at the Westmorland County PlayLive Casino property!!! I love that on the property they have ALL the NEWEST SLOT games there, an they also have do so many great slot games online, plus the wonderful classic slots too!!! Love the casino love the app
I’m having a great time going to the casino and actually seeing in real time MyLiveRewards and how many points left till my next tier. Love the fact I can see all the promotions and things like that, before I make the decision to head to the casino and spend time and money.

Never Works Right
This app has gotten progressively worse since it was created. Half the time it won’t recognize my email address so I can’t login into my account. When it does let me login my point/comp dollar totals and casino hosts info won’t load making the app useless. Can’t just order a Coke/Pepsi on the app it’s only for alcohol. With the ridiculously tight slot machines and all the table minimums being jacked up by 2-3 times more then usual you would think that you could at least get a soda or a bottle of water. Tbh the app and Casino have gotten progressively worse over the last 18 months.

Tells me everything before I even go inside. I love how clean it is. How the staff is so friendly. Easy going. And Diverse! I live the fact that u can go in broke and come out a bit more wealthier than you came in! Live! Has a good complimentary features for food, slots and hotel stays.

Live is still one of my favorite places to go to. When I am stressing I go to Live. Even though I lose money I still enjoy myself. I like the rewards given. Since the pandemic Live has made sure of our safety which is a blessing. Safety and live rewards makes this place top rated for me!

I’ve had a great experience, win or lose, every time I visit! The app is great to see what perks are available each week! Also super easy to use to order things as I play in the casino! I don’t have to leave a hot seat to get refreshments! Highly recommend!
