The app as it appears on our new iPhone has a large white empty box that covers the drop down menu. Therefore, it is totally not useable, which is a problem for LVAD patients and their families who enjoy traveling. Although their desktop website functions, one doesn’t always do preplanning in their traveling.
I’ve contacted them 2X through the website and haven’t heard back anything.
We may be a small group of people with this need, but it’s very important!!
