Eye movement of Tai Chi, EMDR, ventral vagal training of Poly Vagal theory/ Safe & Sound Protocol; with right and left brain cuicuits synchronized via motor circuits in the top of brain stem while integrating global cholinergic activation to modulate over sympathetic and dorsal vagal shut down tendency (to dissociate, freeze or fawn).
From doing the above, while I was typing my clinical progress notes, my deep zone brain wave states improved from 2-6% up to mid 30%, while typing my notes for work.

Your experience will depend a ton on your provider. Rather than taking the auto assigned one look in their directory and look for someone who has the “bcn” certification.

Ridiculous Pricing
The app might be ok, but the business model is crap from someone who wants to experiment and explore on their own. You are forced into overpriced subscription plans($68 a WEEK). They know the cost is ludicrous, which is why they list it by
week. Anyway, that $272 a month gets you a phone call with your coach, access to the app, and customer service. The rest of what they list is just access to a “coach” but written in 3 different ways. Anyway, all I want is access to the app, but profits must be too slim so that’s not an option. 👎👎👎

Complete Questions not visible
I could not see the complete questions on the assessment on about 6 or 7 questions.. You need to do some sort of word wrap. I have an old I-phone maybe it’s incompatible with the app. Also, there were two poorly written questions. Unless you are trying to confound the person, this was undesirable.
Also the instructions said not to wear glasses, but I need my glasses to see. Muse says you can wear glasses outside the sensors.
Also I’m pretty sure the instructions didn’t tell me to place a sensor in the appropriate spot.
Good or bad I’m not confident in the results due to the above problems.

Love this app!
So helpful. As someone who struggles with ADHD and anxiety it was really helpful for me to have neuro feedback to help cushion my bad days especially when I’m on vacation and can’t go to weekly sessions in an office.

Difficult to connect with customer service, technically unable to cancel
My clinician was great. The app Experience us mediocre. I’ve been billed for months unable to cancel and the app requires credit card and you cannot pay through the App Store. So I need to contact my credit card company, hoping this gets Attention from customer service.

Horrible service
I don’t mind paying $$$ but quality needs to match. IDK what they’re doing with their fees (nice homes, no doubt) but the entire experience is wholly lacking on every level. Total negligence whilst preying on people seeking help.
Also, it was nearly impossible to cancel, all in all thousands down the drain.
Seek out reputable companies & avoid these unethical thieves.
