You’ll input personal information into the app such as your goals (gain weight, lose weight, etc), your age, bodyweight, activity level, body fat % and BMR/RMR (optional). The app then uses guidelines from The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science to set your personalized minimum and maximum intake for calories, macro and micronutrients.

Use our integration with Apple Health Kit to automatically track your daily steps and know how many calories you're burning. To enable access to Apple Health go to Settings>Optional Settings>Enable Apple Watch Sync. Turning on this feature will allow MyProPhysique to automatically add your daily steps to your log for up to date calorie expenditure!
