The App is Good
It works well and makes it so you don’t have to go to a kiosk to claim your offers. It also reminds you of current and upcoming offers but you also get emailed. It would be cool if they made a slot game available through the app or a wheel spin game you can play on the phone that will give the lucky winners some free play dollars when they come in.

First class operation
I have gambled all over the world, Hong Kong, Macau,Europe and Las Vegas, including Reno. And when you mention all these places,you have to know they all operate at the highest level of customer service.
But resentful I have visited this lone casino set back in between Sacramento and Reno. The name of this casino is Red Hawk. And with just a few trips to gamble there, I have to say that by far this is my best experience ever, and if you look up hospitality’s in the dictionary i believe the name Red Hawk will Be next to it. I have never been treat as good as I have there. I would say for anyone looking to get out for a evening of enjoyment
and pleasure. I strongly recommend going to Red Hawk. It will rate right up there I’m sure as one of your best outings ever.

Lady Luck or not plus cats
They have wonderful places to sit and press buttons. The handsome electronic machines eat paper very well and the people at tables don’t shoo you away immediately, only when you grab the hand objects do they complain! No cats are allowed in the casino main floor but I easily snuck my little precious babies in the provided personal dwelling area. 13 out of 14 of my kitties said they would return, but really MissMeatyfanfan Buns is always hard to win over. She has no hearing and doesn’t enjoy being unclothed.

Smooth app, Great GUI, Just what I expected
Well created apps are so rare nowadays. Generally an afterthought to say a service or product line has one. Like websites of 25years ago; everyone knew they needed one but few knew anything beyond that. I consider Red Hawk to be the best casino in California and the only place I go because they do things right even if they take their sweet time doing it. They are guest centric and proactive in every way. Thanks guys!

Win I still have a fun time, and the food at all of the eating establishments has been very good,I would recommend them to my friends even if they don’t gamble.

Red Hawk is my favorite casino to play at compared to all of the others in Northern California. Great slot machine selection and lower minimum bets at the tables. It’s always been a good time when I came to play & more wins than losses. 🤑👍🏻

I have to say, I don’t care for this new version of the app. It’s definitely not as user friendly as the original one and the original version had much more content in my opinion. I still love the casino and I go as often as possible! The promotions at red Hawk far outweigh the promotions at any of the other local casinos!

Whenever I go to RedHawk, no matter I’m winning or not; I still enjoyed those slots machines and specially the VIP Luncheon. The stuffs surely know how take great of us, the customers. Keep up the great service!

The app never worked!!! Recently visited and found out needed reservations for buffet and couldn’t load at all from the app!!! Not to mention there is poor signal at the casino itself!! Problem loading things and not displaying information!!!
