Beyond terrible
How can you have a photo sharing/access app and it not work? First, it’s painfully slow to even view the photos. Second, when you try to save the photo, either through their save button or to save when viewing the photo, the app crashes. Do you even test the product you’re placing out for your customers that are paying good money for your product? Also, photos from the shoot were missing and their response was pretty much “oh well”... Will make sure to never use them again!

Does the developer even TEST their product?
It’s a simple concept. Buy photos at an attraction and then use this app to view or download them. When you finally see your photos and try to do something with them (view them closely or download them), it crashes. Useless app. Thank goodness the website allowed me to get our photos using my laptop and browser. iPhone 7 running iOS 12.1

The app works fine
We got 3 photo shoot and all was avaliable in less than an hour in the app, it works fine and downloaded all pictures on the phone no issue.

Awful
Doesn't work. I downloaded the app because I couldn't claim the pictures without it...scanned the barcode and it still asked me to download the app. When it got to a point that I thought it was finally going to work it's at the pictures already had been claimed. Stay away from this app. It is awful

Not working
Trying to claim photos and couldn’t using website. Trying to claim with the app and it keeps asking to download the app. I never had difficulty downloading photos purchased from renown tourist attractions before. So disappointed that I’m having difficulty claiming my photos from 360 Chicago formerly John Hancock Observatory.

Worthless
This app was supposed to be so great to view and keep the pics of our family vacation. I registered on their website and got my pics, but this app won’t let me log in, pull up photos...nothing. I’ll never buy their products again.

Makes you download an app that doesn’t even work. Don’t have time for constant crashes and trying to make a worthless app work.

App kept crashing when I tried to download photos. Fortunately I was able to access the photos from their website, but the app itself was useless.

Doesn’t work at all! I think this is a scam! It says check your email for password because I forgot my password but I have not gotten any email!! Stay away!!!

I can only access one photo from my package and I have gotten no response. This is theft and should be stopped
