Mystery society2 hidden cases
I have enjoyed this game but if I have to watch your ad choices after every other board I solve with no way to stop them I will delete it just as I have deleted at least 5 others because of ads. I will not pay to have ads deleted, that should be a given. Fix this problem now!!!!!!! Also I have just discovered I am not getting my free spins after watching said ads I just complained about, it is bad enough you force us to watch the same tired ad about exercise at a gym and then do not even give us the spin; get your stuff together this is driving me crazy in this game!!!!

This is a beautiful and captivating game that I play on my iPad. It goes a bit more slowly at the later levels, but I’m too stubborn to give up. You do not have to spend actual money on this game if you’re very patient, but I found that buying gems and coins a couple of times made it more enjoyable. Be willing to watch video ads for rewards of coins and energy. One note: This game has frozen on me a couple of times. I turned off the iPad and turned it back on to reset, and that worked. Do not remove the app and try to reinstall—you’ll lose your progress. I’ve played this game every day for at least a month and am still engrossed in it.

Bad programming?
The screen to buy more gems is stuck. I keep trying to close it. The only time it goes away is when you go to the screen to purchase gems. I can’t afford that, but I have a feeling the screen won’t go away unless you actually buy them. I tried to watch the vids to get free gems, but I’m never awarded a gem. This game would be great if it weren’t a money sink.

Constantly down, down for 4 days so far
Do your programmers decide to let this game CRASH every Holiday and most weekends? It is now Xmas and here we go again! Do not spend money on helps, this is an ongoing problem which the company in not interested in fixing. As usual here we are at a long Labor Day weekend and the game is FROZEN once again, this is so common, I’ve been playing for a long time and this JUST KEEP HPPENING. Fun game but so UNDEPENDABLE. DO NOT SPEND $ on HELPS..iT WILL NEVER PAY OFF. we are at the weekend and AGAIN the whole site is down again for both Hidden Mystery games by Rolltown are once again down! This would be a good game if they were able to keep it from freezing 3 out of 4 weeks. Don’t spend any money on extras because you won’t be able to use them. Cannot recommend!

Mystery Society 2
This was once my favorite game. I actually invested some money in to help get to other levels and areas to visit. However, when I started to play the game today, much to my surprise, I found that areas that I previously played were now locked and you had to reach a higher level to open that area to play it again. One area in particular, St. Petersburg, required a large amount of coins to open and even though I opened it, it is now locked and you need to pay once again to play that area. The other thing is that it is almost impossible to finish collections no matter how hard you try. Thank you for ruining what was once a very enjoyable game.

I agree with Bubble Blaze. Every time you use an item to "create" it takes that item away from all places.

Even in the items you are trying to create. For instance you get all the apples you need to create, you create that item and it pulls all the apples away from all the other items

Loses its appeal
This game loses steam. The rewards are diminishing. The ‘collections’ that you turn in have unexciting, temporary prizes. These need to be things you can keep, perhaps to put into your office. The ongoing requirement for tickets to enter areas is off-putting. The tickets are too hard to come by. And there should be an option to win a permanent pass to a place. Also, once you pass a certain level, there are gaps between subsequent levels that are ridiculously large. At first you really stride along, but after a while you just can’t progress at a pace that’s remotely capable of maintaining your interest.

Just way too many ads. Some of the ads get you things you can use in the game, but there are a TON of ads still. If they need that many ads, they should make them all helpful in the game. I keep wanting to delete the app because it’s so annoying. You spend more time watching advertisements than you do a th playing. But I’m still addicted for now.
Another thing is that it should be a bit more straight forward how you accomplish things and move up in the levels.

I paid for two special sales on gems and coins but only one applied to game. Got in touch with them and they fixed the problem. So if you have any questions just contact them .

I enjoyed the game, the concept and the graphics. I found it very entertaining until one of my goals was to turn in the various collections when it’s next to impossible to obtain the items necessary to turn in the individual collections. After 4 months of trying to get the items I need to turn in the collections to progress in the game, I gave up and deleted all of Rolltowers games since they are all alike. I attempted to create an account and ask their support for help requesting the necessary items from friends but never got a response so I’m moving on.....
