First thing I notice, a few 5 star ratings? Yet no reviews under 5 stars. So you can figure these developers families must have given the 5 star no review. Find a location does not work, so you can’t find eligible stores. Product scanner does not work, so good luck when you shop. But on the bright side you can hit shop online, pay like 5.00 for a can of green beans. And the products eligible list is so tiny you need and a magnifying glass to read it. So stick to your financial app you have. Give the money, you probably charge insurance companies to have this app, back their money and stick to a financial app. If this ever improves I might it a favorable rating, but won’t hold my breath. I always see bad apps once in awhile, but this one is a joke.

Cannot use the store locator, the item scanner doesn’t work, and the list of approved items is NOT correct. I went to purchase about 10 items that was on the approved list (exact items listed) just for the card not to pay for them. I am FAR FROM AGGRAVATED. The old OTC card app worked great compared to this one. This needs to be fixed immediately. We will lose our first months benefits if this isn’t fixed. Who wants to have to put items back just because the app cannot scan items before going through checkout and the card/store doesn’t have the items approved for purchase that the list says is approved?? Trash app!!

The scanner still not a thing after the developer said it would be available within a few weeks and it’s been months. The list for approved groceries is nowhere to be found but the otc one. Not having the scanner makes it very difficult for us to buy approved products at the store especially for older ones. Please get on it and add the scanner feature to the app to make things easier for older people. I have tried to contact the developer but they don’t get back to you.

I have had numerous issues with this app. Product scanner not working, inaccurate info that makes shopping difficult, now it will not open the OTC shopping list and when it did the writing was so small. When I log in I get a failure error. This app and everything about it makes my shopping at the store inconvenient and extends my time in the store being aggravated!
They need to get all the bugs worked out before releasing an app like this!

I agree with everyone else needs to have minus stars . The app is completely horrible. It has said for months now that the product scanner would be fixed and ready for use in a few week that was the end of January and this is now the middle of March and it still doesn’t work … the app blue care insurance used last year worked so so so much better than this one !!!! I’m not sure why it switched but this app is beyond horrible!!!!

I don’t generally leave negative reviews, but this app and the card itself is failing almost three months into the program. Like the reviews before me note, the Scanner doesn’t work and the product offerings are pathetic. I attempted to purchase an eligible item on the Walmart website and the card was not recognized. I sure hope the app and program developers are paying attention to the feedback here. We’re all not crazy!

This app is the worst app that I have ever seen the product scanner still doesn’t work after saying that it will be fixed in 2 weeks for the last 3 months. What a piece of crap the developer certainly doesn’t know what he is doing or even care. I will be changing Insurance because of this card. Blue Care Plus you should be ashamed of yourself and you need to know that you will be losing a lot of customers.

The app was definitely not ready to be launched. The product scanner hasn’t worked since it launched. One minute you can get products and go back to get the same product and it won’t allow you to get it. I wish flex card would go back to the other company. At least they stuff worked with no problems.

The scanner is one of the most important parts of the app to verify the items that we can buy. It’s been saying a couple weeks since the first day of the year. This program is geared more towards seniors and it needs to be a lot easier for them to use. Cmon Keystone you’ve got to do better! Get it together.

NO STARS, there is not a number LOW ENOUGH for this app. with all that we have to deal with on a daily basis as AMERICAN CITIZENS,is not enough for you that PEDDLE INCOMPETENCE., you just forced us into an app that is a totally a WASTE of TIME, and ONCE AGAIN , just something to STRESS US JUST A LITTLE MORE.. whoever created this app did it just TO GATHER PERSONAL INFORMATION from the USER for THEMSELVES.. it offers NOTHING FOR THE USER.. should be INVESTIGATED SOON.
