After using My Tour Guide I was very pleased with how detailed and accurate everything is. Will definitely be using this to learn more about the world around me. I will definitely be purchasing more tours in the future.

I was a little skeptical at first - I was recommended this app by a friend. But after playing with it, I've actually found it pretty amazing! I travel a lot for work and typically spend a lot of time just hanging out in hotel rooms. But now with this app, I'm out-and-about running through these tours and actually making some of my own to share with friends! This is definitely a must-have app...especially for the price! FREE!

I like technology. This app came with an Expedition guide. Does not work well at all in yellowstone. It requires internet access even after downloading. There is NO internet access in most of the Park which renders the app useless. This was part of a Yellowstone Expedition guide that I purchased. The CD that came with the book matches the map. The CD works well even though the numbers in the map and CD are completely out of order which is a distraction when driving. The map numbers on the App are not in sync with the book at all. This app is a great idea, but it is not planned out well. Lastly there is a photo augmenting portion of the app. I can not find out how to access it. The kids were looking forward yo this feature.

We wanted to do a guided bicycle tour of Gettysburg, but they did not have the one we wanted available on the day and time we needed. Instead, we rented bikes, bought the guidebook, with CD and this app. It was easy to install and simple to use. Every stop on the park service map had an interesting and informative audio clip. It was exactly what we needed and saved the three of us $100, to boot.

This app was recommended by the Vicksburg Expedition guide I purchased. Step 1 was to download the app, but still nothing useable. Step 2, download the tour using a passcode from the purchased book. This appears to have worked, but only because a Vicksburg placeholder appeared on the app. Another step (why this isn’t done all at once in Step 2 is known only to the developer). This is where the app fails. Nothing happens on this additional download step. While I haven’t lost any money - I still have the book and CDs/DVDs, the functionality advertised is misleading. The app does not work when at a tour site.

The features of this app are excellent. I love the flexibility of choosing an available tour or creating a personal tour that can be shared with others. Fun facts and quizzes are great for keeping kids engaged. Very family friendly. I would highly recommend this app for anyone planning a travel adventure.

Excellent App. Just completed the "Footsteps of an Assassin" tour on the trail of John Wilkes Booth.

It took us to all the right points of interest. When we arrived at each one, the audio guide would automatically start playing.

This App is slick as a whistle.

We got this when we went to Gettysburg and it was fantastic and worth the cost. I saw they had a tour for Boston and paid 5$ for it. It wasn’t worth it. It doesn’t cover all the stops on the Freedom Trail, barely covers any historical information and is heavily focused on Social issues. Nothing wrong with discussing social issues but that’s mostly what it focuses on.

My wife and I are retired and travel a lot. This app is very useful anywhere in the world. Many tour opportunities available. Suspect this will become central point for finding travel tours in future. Check it out.

Loved this app! It's so helpful to be able to access so many tours from one place--I hope that more tours around the world will come on board. A fantastic travel aid for the casual as well as serious traveller!
