I had taken yoga classes before. This app makes the simple but effective exercises handy so you don’t miss a day. These exercises can be done standing or sitting are very effective at keeping us active.

I have taken yoga classes where these exercises have been taught. Though I'm not naturally able to do yoga easily, I can do these exercises and have less body aches and stiffness afterwards. I used to refer to the book when I have doubts but now I'm very happy to have this app with this easy to use app with clear pictures to use anywhere.
It also makes it easy to refer when I travel and to send to my for my friends. Thank you for making the book into this app!!
