NanCI by NCI Hack 1.02 + Redeem Codes

This is a bug-squishing release – gotta squish those bugs...
- New users signing up have the option to register to be notified when the app is available for their organization (if it's not already)
- Fixed a crashing bug on the profile screen
- Streamlined ORCID login so it all happens within the app
- Added an option for users to request account deletion in order to comply with privacy needs (available via profile edit screen)
- Fixed errant special chapters showing in various places
- Profile images no longer get squished when uploaded - if your profile picture looks squished, please re-upload to resolve this
- Remove ORCID showing as a source for research papers
- The notification that you've changed search options no longer covers the search field
- Fix for events screen overflowing menu bar at the bottom of the screen

Lots of little launch fixes!
- big speed improvements in the news tab - we now stream news items as we find them, so you no longer have to wait for it all to load
- sometimes the news tab overflowed the tab bar at the bottom of the screen - no longer
- the default notifications frequency is now daily
- you may have noticed some hieroglyphics when reading an abstract - this is now fixed
- wording to report a concern shows, even if no "NanCI says" text
- fixed twitter handle bug that meant we were sometimes clipping off the first character
