3: manage interactions (calls and messages) with all types of nanny profiles (new, applicants, shortlisted, contacted, rejected)


Nannies looking to be hired by a family can:
1: create their profile, with a video to increase chances of being hired
2: send applications to interesting families
3: receive phone calls or messages from interested families

To increase their visibility, all users can promote their profile on the web.
