GREAT APP

Lots of stuff to do and explore plus it free!!! This is a great way to educate the public and I really hope it is successful. Both this app and curiosity!!

The only con I have with this app is there is not very much technical info involving the mission. I am a geek for all things about space and therefore I know a little more about this stuff than someone who has never studied or followed along this kind of info. I don't mean to toot my own horn here I am just saying that some of the info I seen I have already read about before.

But as stated in the first paragraph, thing is great!! I super highly recommend it.

As a museum educator, I really love that many of the things I use to teach my 10 series on Mars are now in one place. However, I need to be able to hook my iPad up to the smart board to mirror so that all the students can see the app at once. When I make this connection the app becomes very sluggish and often freezes.

I'm currently using an iPhone 4 running iOS 6.0 and all the features if this app work for me. I hope that info helps someone who's having difficulties. I've been trying to keep up with curiosity but the NASA website is difficult to find what I'm usually looking for.

If you want to follow Curiosity easily -- since NASA's website is an unnavigable mess -- I highly suggest you get this app and use it, instead. Exactly want you want in just 3 easy buttons: NEWS/IMAGERY/QUESTIONS [Fielded By An AI That Calls Itself "Dr. Steve" lol] So follow the Mars Science Laboratory mission quickly & simply and get this app! AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CURIOSITY TEAM ON A SUCCESSFUL LANDING!!

Love the app ladies and gents. Great job! Occasionally the new images don't load successfully. But the app's convenience, commentary and portability make it a great tool to follow Curiosity and all of the "Mohawk"-sporting personnel at JPL and NASA anywhere and anytime. Can't wait for all the science and images to come.

I'm a very interested in space and love the NASA Mars projects such as the Phenix probe, Spirit and Opportunity twin rovers and Curiosity rover. This was very informational about them. If you are interested in anything about Mars get this app.

I can't seem to download imgaes since a couple of days ago. And the latest news seems to be several days old. Please fix these issues!

To make matters worse, the NASA Be a Martian support site doesn't work either. I can't get past the Captcha.

This app brings together a lot of new information about Marsian exploration into one place. Its really helps you grasp how important and amaZing the planet is. The raw images are breathtaking.

Ever since I was eleven I had an extreme curiosity for space and I still have a lot of questions. Thanks for this amazing app and hopefully it will educate more people every day!

I just downloaded the app and everything works. I have an iPod Touch 5G with the current software: iOS 6.1.3
