We will submit a bug fix update ASAP to address this issue. So long as you don’t delete NASA Viz from your iPad, all previously saved content will be accessible once the bug fix is installed. Updates Are Coming!

I read that the editorial staff has changed, but that new content is being released. I thoroughly enjoy the breadth of topics this app provides and the visual content presented. I highly recommend sharing this with children, too.

It’s okay but some problems.

There has not been any stories on the app since 2020. When i first downloaded it it said the app was down. Some stories say “not yet downloaded” . Other than that the stories are very educational and I recommend improving this app.

I love space

I have been in space for a long time I even have KSP and I love getting to know more about space this is helpful for getting to find out more about space.

No New Stories Since Oct. 13, 2016 w iOS 10.2

Since the mid-Dec. 2016 update of NASA VIZ app I have not received any new stories in my VIZ app (that already appear in the NASA SVS gallery thru 2017).
I have re-installed the latest NASA VIZ app but still no success. It appears there is a compatibility issue w iOS 10.2 on an iPad Pro in receiving new VIZ stories.

No videos

Love the content and app but I can never watch the videos with the articles. It says playback error and on my iPhone I don’t have the ability to fix that

Great app but needs an update

It’s kinda glitchy and there haven’t been any new stories since 2020. If you added new stories it would be great.

When I open the app the circle thing doesn’t load, I can’t get into the app can you help me?

Doesn't work well with iOS 12

Opens but cannot click within the app without closing and reopening over and over, nothing loads beyond the home screen most of the time. Content is great, app is not.

My friends and I are really into space and NASA and this is the best app we found for research. It really is amazing.
