National Park Kiosk uses data pulled directly from the NPS API, so it's always updated and accessible. This is your one-stop destination for finding important, concise information to help plan your next National Park adventure.

You can use NPS Kiosk to:
- Search for specific information with state filtering and relevance-based keyword search
- Explore suggested things to do recommended by and for specific national parks
- Find details about visitor centers and nearby campgrounds.
- Stay up to date with alerts, articles, events, and news releases
- View an interactive map of the park and surrounding area
- Learn more about your destination with educational information including classroom lesson plans and guides on relevant people and places
- Access the full park website directly within the app

2020 has motivated many of us to spend more time outdoors and explore the beautiful National Parks, so we're super excited to bring new features and enhancements to National Park Kiosk that will help you plan your next adventure.

Today's update brings you the following improvements:
- An all-new interface designed for iPad and Mac
- Optimized search experience with faster loading and results more accurately sorted by relevance
- Direct, in-app access to each park's website for more info
- Refinements to the park overview screen design
- Improved image loading
- Navigation automatically returns back to previous screen when no results alert is dismissed
- Fixes a bug where loading some parks caused the app to crash
- Fixes a bug that prevented some park data from not loading
- Fixes a bug where results loaded but the an alert still popped up that read "No results"
- Support for Macs with Apple silicon
