Fixed issue with Hold Course Slider not showing up on some iPads. Added Pro upgrade In-App purchase option which allows for Map view to be hidden for self testing, shows entries for Procedure Turn course reversal and disables advertisements. Allowed hold course to be entered from keyboard.

Recent update fixed the missing slider issue. App works as advertised. It is a great teaching tool and visual aid.
