Seat selection
It is very difficult to select the seats. If you could zoom in a select the seat it would be great but when you zoom in you cannot select a seat.

Wont let me log in
I have a account. I tried to restart password and see no email in my inbox they claim they sent out. When I tried to make a new account with that email to see if I actually have a account it says email already associated with account. I can’t log in or send a email to restart my password. Ncg fix this.

Horrible App
The old app, despite some glitches here and there, worked well. I was able to scan and earn points, receive rewards, and view showtimes.
This new app does absolutely nothing! I can’t access anything and just keep getting the error message that something went wrong, please try again. This is even when I just try to open the app. I have refreshed, uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in and out, and made sure it was updated. Absolutely nothing works!!!!!

Not user friendly
App is difficult to use, very limited in its function, no Apple Pay, not easy way to get in a credit card. Worst of all you are able to order tickets online but have to call an individual theater to cancel the tickets. Just like the in person experience, the theater chain’s app was designed to nickel and dime their customers into submission.
Thank goodness my Emagine and AMC apps work. It is worth driving an extra 30 minutes to get a decent app and theater experience.

Clunky App
The interface is rather clunky. I have to look through all the movies to see what is playing in which theater. The old layout was much better. Also when I select seats and then check out, why do I have to specify if the seats are VIP or regular? The app should know from the seats I selected on the seating chart page.

New App is Not Good
The new app is nothing but frustration. I want to be able to see what movies are playing two and three days in advance. That’s basically impossible. It’ll show movies that are supposedly current but you click on it to see times and it says it’s not available. Makes me want to find a different theater to go to. I’m very disappointed that I bought the bucket for the year for popcorn I’m not going to get my money’s worth for it.

Still hasn’t updated my points
Hard to navigate. Won’t keep my preferred theater setting. Still hasn’t given me points for my last order. Also the points from my old account haven’t transferred over in spite of my asking the people at the local NCG to do the transfer and emailing support. The last app wasn’t perfect but it functioned a whole lot easier than this and my points updated very quickly.

Doesn't seem like they even care.
Old app was broken for many months and the new one isn't any better than the old app when it worked. Oh, and the new one doesn't work half of the time too. Doesn't list times unless you click on the movie, which is annoying because when you go back, you start at the top of the page again.

Help!
This is the only way to now access my rewards account, yet I cannot log in. I use my log in info and it says its incorrect. I tried changing my password and it never sends me a link. I try starting fresh and starting a whole new account and when I hit submit it gives me an error to refresh my app. I refresh it every time! Im losing patience with the app and the company

No more Rewards
I’ve reached out nearly every time I purchase tickets that you can’t login to the rewards program on the app or on the website and they still haven’t fixed it. It stopped working when they moved to this new app and I haven’t been earning rewards since.
