Useful and Efficient

Perfect App, has all club news, media, and social accounts bundled into one app plus more! Even has photos, store, and videos. Great for any NYCFC fan. Let's go New York!

This app needs some serious updating!

While the team info and schedule are pretty much on the mark, I had major trouble getting my ticket downloaded to my Apple Wallet, and encountered problems transferring my other ticket to my brother’s phone. He never got his ticket even though I sent him an e-mail as well as via the phone. I was only able to get into last night’s playoff game because there was a display ticket tag. And it was fortunate I had ordered extra tickets by accident since my original ticket was removed from my phone when I transferred it to my brother. If not for that, he never would have able to get into the stadium. Please update this app so we don’t have these problems again!

Great App with a few improvements

Quickly gives you great updates on the team, easily accessible schedule and countdown to the next match are nice features.

The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is during a game the updates aren't up to par with other live updates. There isn't enough information during the game!

Otherwise though a must have app for fans of the team and with a few improvements it could be 5 stars

Good First Version

Clean, well-designed, easy to navigate, and stable. Those are the must-haves for a sports team app and this one hits them all. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars only so there's room to recognize if/when future improvements come on line, and also for the lack of iPad optimization. That’s a disappointment. Would love to see, in addition, in-game interactivity and access to Cityzens portal for season ticket holders. But for now, for a first effort, this is great.

App doesn’t work right

In theory, this app should make it much easier to exchange / add tickets to my account. In reality, it’s been nothing more than a headache. My attempts in finding seats in any section near mine has been futile and a huge waste of time refreshing. I didn’t purchase season tickets to have to move to the opposite side of the field whenever I want to trade in tickets and bring someone to a different game. Please update app to fix this “bug”.

Ticket Access is Garbage

App is buggy when viewing tickets. Kicks you out to main login even though you’ve asked it to remember your password. Add to Apple wallet option doesn’t even work. It takes me multiple taps just to get to my tickets, if you’re lucky. In addition you can’t even swipe left when you have multiple tickets because the app won’t let you. This app is utter garbage. At least the team is good.
