Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Great app for independent models
I absolutely love this app and how easy it is to book. I think there are a couple of things that could make it a bit better from the modeling side: 1. I'd rather either know what brand has starred me or not know at all that I've been starred. 2. Increased measurements for sizing because the options for bust size are limited for full busted plus models. 3. When a casting appears, there should be a mandatory size feature to be filled out by the company. It is currently not and as a curve model I sometimes don't know if I should submit to a casting or not. 4. If companies request models to do their own hair, makeup or clothing styling there should be a blurb for the companies stating that it is an extra fee to do so and have an inbuilt feature where models can set that rate for each service, in addition to their modeling fee prior to booking. 5. Usage should always be filled out by brands requesting models with a certain amount automatically placed in based on time period, if in perpetuity then it's at minimum a certain multiplier of the base rate. And models should have an option to click that they approve the usage or that they would rather alter it prior to accepting the booking. I think these would definitely make it a bit easier for independent models and their modeling agents to navigate the app in addition to facilitating change in the industry.

Great Platform
Newbook is a great platform to use as a professional model. Clients are well vetted and you can choose to submit yourself to public posts, as well as receive direct requests from clients. You’re able to set your own rates, upload your own portfolio, and upload your own digitals. I love that they only take 10% as a fee compared to 20% with a traditional agency. Payments are made quickly right after jobs have been completed, which is also nice to not wait as you would with a traditional agency. I met so many great and consistent clients through Newbook that I am extremely grateful for. The Newbook team is professional and kind! I highly recommend.

The best app for modeling castings!
Very legitimate app for castings. But warning, your competing with very successful models on here! There’s no option to add notes, so for castings it’s almost like it’s portfolio against portfolio. Some big time models are on the app, so it can be tricky to compete with that and get noticed by casting directors but overall I love that the app is reliable, has great opportunities, is user friendly and is safe and secure!
- one big con: no requirement for clients to establish usage in the post. That’s the most tricky thing for models and actors to navigate. Personally, if I don’t know the usage, how do I know if I can agree to the rate? Wish that was always enforced.

Actually awesome
As a professional model with years of experience, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from an app. But I have been so pleasantly surprised. And my client friends who book models with Newbook love it too! I’ve been getting legitimate jobs regularly, all at competitive rates, and I’ve been paid promptly each time. Some big names too, like Colourpop and Puma. Plus, the requests come directly to me, so I don’t even have to spend time self-submitting. The team behind the app is amazing to work with too, love that they invite us in to the office for digitals when we need to update. Highly recommend!

Worst app ever
If I could give this app a 0 star I would, I had this app for over 6 months I’ve been posting awesome photos of me & ect, I only got casted for one booking and it was to do an embarrassing commercial for Golden Corral for only $100 my friend on the other hand have similar photos as me because we take each other’s photos but she’s white, she gets bookings on a daily for $500 plus she makes well over $5000 a week it’s really sad to say but if your black don’t expect to get booked unless it’s to do something embarrassing and they will under pay you, I’ve reached out to the owner of this app at least 3 times a month and I never receive any response I wanted to wait a few months before doing a review and it has been 6 months, only 1 booking & 18times reaching out with no response these people are obviously careless & racist

This App Literally Changed My Life.
I downloaded NewBook and made a profile as a way to make some passive income post-covid job loss and maybe book some commercial-type gigs. Never thought I would book anything or be considered a “real” model. This has quickly become my #1 source of income and inspired me to completely change course with my career. I book WAY more gigs than anticipated, and getting paid is so easy. This is by far the superior and most professional source of work for independent models who aren’t interested in getting agents. I’ve recommended to many friends in the industry...

Amazing way for models to manage themselves
I’ve been managing myself for a few years now and I’ve used a variety of sources for my jobs ranging from agencies, to model mayhem, referrals, instagram, la casting, etc and I️ love newbook! It is an easy to use system and connects good models with good clients!
It is also just great being able to feel more in control as a model and respected. With an agency a lot of the time your life and schedule don’t matter - if you aren’t available then you’re screwed. With an app like this it gives us models choices with who we’d like to work with and when. So thank you!

Great app
With every update the apps gets better. Honestly at first when I first got accepted I was not using it at all because you couldn’t even see jobs and only bookers where able to contact you. But now I can see myself using it everyday. Before getting verified someone contacted me telling me which photos i should keep and which ones I should delete which I never expected and super great full for. Would for sure recommend for independent models I book legit jobs very easy and get paid instantly!

Great professional app
I was a little skeptical when I heard about this app, because there are so many websites out there that are full of photographers that just wanted a free shoot and flirt with models ! I booked my first job today, and everything was very professional and new book were on top of everything and made me feel safe and secure ! I love new book and would definitely recommend this app, I will be telling all my professional talented friends ! Thank you !:)

Love this app!
A beautiful way for models and clients to collaborate. Payments are fast and easy! You can display your portfolio very professionally and connect your social media. There are some more minor things I would add to this app. Like a way to connect a website or a filter option to get more precise work. Would also be nice for them to update their social media to push models out to more clients. But overall great app and I recommend it to any model!
