All patients attending a Next Practice medical centre are recommended to download the app beforehand to get the most out of their visit.

We updated the Cared For Rating
We understand the importance of patient feedback and care experience. In this update, we allow patients to provide a Cared For Rating, allowing you to rate how much you felt cared for during your doctor visit. Share your valuable feedback and help us provide even better care.

Date of birth improvements
We've resolved an issue with the date of birth input field which made some dates fiddly to enter. We have improved this experience to ensure signing up is fast and easy.

Request Patient Account Deletion
Your privacy matters to us. With this update, we have added the ability to delete your Next patient account directly from the app.

DESIGN OVERHAUL
The new manage view gives you a snapshot of your records. It includes several enhancements, including the ability to quickly rebook appointments.

Introducing your daily Diary. You can now manage your daily action items including your medications. The system will help you stay on top of your health by prompting you when something is due.

- An interactive wheel showing the next important action.
