Found Something Better
I’ve been using this app here and there when the races use it. Next gen has been the only app I’ve ever really known about up until recently I went to a race that was using an app called rodeo results, and I hate to say it, but rodeo results really put next gen to shame for me…next gen doesn’t have the user experience like rodeo results did. As a contestant use rodeo results.

I’m highly irritated
I’ve been using this app since I started rodeo, used to it was fantastic, I had no issues with it, but the more it updates the more the want you to pay, let me tell you what when I pay $115 to run and I have to pay $20 to see results and then I DONT SEE THEM, so then my run time is not available to me because I don’t pay $9.99 a month and on top of that I can’t call tech support because they don’t work weekends which would be fine but that’s when %90 of athletes need them. So I think it’s a little wild to set your off days to those who wanna receive their results and can’t. So done with this app it’s unreal.

Producers - don’t use this app!
As a contestant, this offers you no real value unless you pay $10 per month for the few races that use this platform. You can’t see your time, or a leaderboard without shelling out more money. Will only use this app to enter when required, but it’s better to check the rodeo’s social media pages for free to see the standings. Rodeo Results app is far superior, with live updates, run times and leaderboard at NO cost! I wish producers wouldn’t use the NexGen app!

Why charge the athletes?
Why not charge the rodeo producers instead of the athletes for this app? Aren’t we paying enough already just to compete? Now we have to pay just to see where we place? And not a small amount either. Ugh

We are not now forced to pay to see live rodeo results and the stock draw that a large majority of the rodeos don’t even post to the app. What a rip off.

The Future of Western Events
My wife and I have used NextGen for several years through entering rodeos to jackpots and I’ve used it to producer several events. With no cost to the producer or the contestants (for entering and draw numbers) it is the most appealing software from an ROI perspective. On top of that, the team at NextGen offer the best customer service I have experienced. The enhanced features such as real-time results, event livestreams, and video/photo delivery make it a no brainer when it comes to servicing contestants. If you’re a producer, you better give NextGen a try and take your events to the NextLevel!
P.S. This is only the start to the innovation NextGen is bringing to the western industry. Big things in store.

Not to good so far
Seems like a great idea but I have downloaded the app created an account and been told it was created successfully, but can not log in and when I try to create another account via the website instead of the app it says that an account already exist for my information, but it won’t let me log in there either. Therefore it’s useless to me
