NiceDay is a mental health app. It helps you to learn about and improve your own mental health. It is your safe place to write down your experiences, thoughts and feelings - protecting your data is our highest priority!
By registering, gaining insights, reading blogs and articles and seeking support from your therapist when you need it most, you will progress on your journey to a better mental health. NiceDay is happy to support you on your way!
With NiceDay you can:
● Start your mental health journey by yourself, or use NiceDay as an online therapy tool with a professional.
● Receive access to our extensive library of mental health resources and all the tools you need to keep track of your mental health.
● Write down your thoughts and feelings, as well as interactions and behaviours from everyday life: wherever and whenever you want to.
● Connect and chat with your therapist, follow your sessions online, and share pictures and files. After a session, you can view the notes you and your therapist created.
-if you're following treatment at a mental health institution-
● Reach out to your therapist in between sessions when you need to talk about your experiences.
● When you are connected to a therapist, your registrations become visible to your therapist. This provides you and your therapist with an overview of your day-to-day experiences and patterns contributing to your mental state.
● Break down your everyday tasks to create manageable routines and get notified of to-do's related to your mental health journey.

The NiceDay app will help you improve your mental health, with or without the help of a therapist. However, we advise you not to use the app independently when you're feeling severely depressed or suicidal.
