Nicequest is and has been part of my life for over Ten years. They are the best in the survey industry! Up front and reliable if you’re seriously thinking about survey taking Nicequest will take care but if you’re not upfront with them look elsewhere! Thank You Nicequest for so many excellent years!

Good, but not great

Nicequest has good prizes, I have received a WaterPix flosser (something that I have wanted for a while, but was out of my price range). It took forever to receive my gift- a couple days of emailing their support staff (who were very kind and easy to work with) and I finally got word that my gift was delivered to some random fedex shop in the heart of downtown (what?). My biggest complaint is that premium nicestats will disable Pokémon Go unless you are connected to WiFi. Pokémon go is one of the top ten reasons why I have an expensive iPhoneXR, and the point of Pogo is to be out in the world, not in your house with your WiFi connection. I thought I had turned off nicestats after reading their help section that said “we know that it doesn’t work with some apps, lol tough luck I guess”, but I guess it re-configured and I can’t get it to turn off. I am visiting my hometown and I have friends that are expecting me to play Pokémon go this weekend with them, and I can’t.

Great review app with nice prizes

I have been doing reviews almost weekly for a year now and have gotten 3 nice prizes from it (a scale, a serving tray, and a set of cutting boards). I really enjoy the app and it is easy to use.

Gone Downhill

Reviewed this about a year ago. Items are still scarce. I have no desire to keep doing surveys with there never being anything new or exciting. When I first got the app I loved it and would be excited to save up for items. Still holding out hope that itll be better but super close to getting rid of this app

Unable to manage Nicestats

It has been over a year that I’ve tried to access this setting on my phone app, or iPad, and once I hit it; the app freezes and never allows me to set it up for mobile data or manage my active devices...
I’m sure it’s a big that I have reported several times on email, but they don’t fix it.

Issues

For some reason I have been getting emails saying my account is inactive. So I try to get it reactivate and it tells me I have to download the app which is already on my phone. I don’t know what is going on but you guys need to fix it. I’ve been with you guys for a long time and never had a problem till recently

Walmart $20 gift card

Shocked

Please help me 😔 I accident delete my email account I was using for nicequest and when I Buy something in nicequest I tell me that it sends some kind message to my email that I didn’t have anymore.
