A world that I do not wish to leave
The story gets better as I progressed through the stories and different characters. I completed three characters so far, Lucia’s first, followed by Levy’s then Lucas’. Overall I really like how stories of different characters sort of build on top of one another and as you play through them your view of Nightmare and the events unfolded also expands, along with your familiarity and emotional attachment to different characters. Some personalities can be a little annoying at first but the story then takes a turn and reveals something unexpected and endearing about the person. There is a running theme of friendship and togetherness despite of differences in race or class of the characters in the game, and this aspect made me like the characters more. Lucia is my favorite; he is the confident, bold yet caring big-brother and care-taker to everyone in this estate. But Lucas’ story in my opinion is the true finale, and should be left read last after all of other characters’ stories. It is so touching that I was choking on tears in later chapters especially after you have already gotten to know some of the other guys by playing through their stories first. So developers well-done on the story! English translation can be improved, also perhaps give players more jewels per day or allow jewels to be saved for later use.

Amazing game!
I didn’t know what to expect when I downloaded this otome game, but suddenly I was sucked into a world with demons and angels. I love the different personalities and how they somehow all tie together! The storyline is a constant build up, with many twists and turns that come seemingly out of nowhere! This game is amazing, it has many different routes that accompanies a variety of tastes. The thing I wish would improve on is how much your choices affect the story. In one chapter, you only get very few choices; and it seems like no matter what answer you pick you’ll always get the route. I’m happy with getting the route! But it’s not as interactive as I’d like it to be, I want to have more choices that affect the story more. Another thing I wish would be improved on is how much of the story you get to see from one diamond. All 5 diamonds are equivalent to one full episode on different otome games. I love the storyline, I just wish I could see more of that within each diamond. Instead of finishing the 5 diamonds with 5 minutes, and having to wait hours for the next diamonds I’ll use in a snap. I’d like to have each diamond contain the story amount of 2 diamonds(if that makes sense), so I see more of the story than finishing it within a few minutes. This is just constructive criticism, I am not doubting the game in any way. I love this game truly, and recommend this to anybody who enjoys otome games as well!

Love this game
This game is truly one of my favorites of this genre. The characters are very cool and cute, it holds a nice place in my heart. The only downside would be having to wait a day until you get more jewels replenished to read the next chapter. If you are very impatient with games this might not be the game for you. I don’t mind waiting though, because it reminds me to play the game everyday so I can advance in the stories and gives me something to do. I do hope someday we can get maybe a gacha/mini game or spin-off/special event stories with the characters for birthdays and holidays. Maybe even adding an avatar that we can dress up with rewards from finishing a story or playing gacha! These are just some ideas I think would be very cool to add to help spice up the game and add more gameplay. Other than that I think this is a great game and I can’t wait to play more!

ok its not... the worst i guess? for a basic otome game and stuff 🤨🤨i’ll still play it and it’s kinda nice i suppose but like it’s kinda weird that some characters are a lil ... Creepy 😐 there’s only like two characters i liked that weren’t weird and stuff 🙄 although i suppose that some people are into the strange things they say, but personally i feel like there should ✨variety✨ because i get kind of bored with just characters that all seem to be white and are all grrr i’m super dominant ur mine grrr i mean SURE you might like that but i think there should be more diversity and also maybe and option to be a male or even gender neutral terms in this game as well. i know this game is older and idk doesn’t get updated much but i feel like there’s a lot of potential to it? the characters aren’t the worst but most of them seem to be exactly the same as another? also, maybe there should be a way to romance side characters like kurt

Fun but frustrating
Don’t get me wrong, I loved the individual storylines. I got through 3 other routes (Ricardo, levy, and Lucia) before doing Lucas’. Even though I really loved Lucas’ ending, it feels a bit too definitive to make me want to play the rest of them. I’m not going to go into too much detail but it feels like it makes the other endings pointless unless you read the rest first and then read Lucas. Even then it makes me kind of feel the others were all for nothing, despite the MCs individual journey with each of them. Not gonna lie, fell into the trap of buying more gems to get through each quicker. Now the money I spent on the ones before Lucas kind of feel like they were for nothing too. Each has 3 “endings”, although I am unsure how the third endings (special endings) even fit into the context of Lucas’ special ending , so you may want to keep that in mind when reading. Either way the game has got a good storyline and characters which is what I came for but with the ending confusion and high cost for such short chapters, I am only giving 3 stars.

I've run into a problem...
Now, I'm not an expert when it comes to finding out the quality of video games and O haven't finished all the available routes, but I really enjoy this app! I love the art, the characters, and especially the story and how I've noticed from the routes I've played how things are similar(the angel demon war), but there are also many differences that make each one unique!
Of course, there is no perfect game- so I'd like to suggest some ways to improve the experience!
My first problem is with the adds. For the most part, I don't really care about them. But there are way to many while playing through the visual novel and it is a big annoying and takes away from the immersion just a tiny bit.
My second problem, was with the endings- well, kind of. I love the endings and the art for them, but I feel like you should have your choices in the story effect the plot. I also feel like it'd be nice for more ending art, but if there isn't I won't really mind.
Now the third reason is the reason I came to review in the first place. I don't know if it's just me, but when I watch the gem fragment adds, I don't seem to get any gem fragments. I'd like to be able to progress the story, even just a tiny bit more, so this is mildly frustrating. The first two on there own wouldn't have warented a 4/5 star rating, but with all three adding up I feel like I should remove one of those stars.
I can't wait to play the other routes though!!😃

I have not yet played all the routes, but I do have to say that I love this game so far I will not give out spoilers so do not worry. First I’ll list out and give a brief explanation of what I like about this app

2. Time your given jewels - this is more of personal preference, but I still like it so I felt it would be a good thing to put here. I love how it gives you full jewels at midnight. I always stay up late playing/reading different otomes so by the time I’m done reading this otome’s chapters I can still continue reading since they replenish at 12:00 am instead of the next day.
3. The art style - I have played/read a lot of otomes with terrible art styles and just made me bored of playing/reading them because the men or women weren’t pleasing to the eye. Good game but the story’s are super short
I really like the game, And it’s very Interesting to play considering the fact that you get to be in the circle of demons, as well as angels. I could honestly spend hours on this game if their were no diamonds, but of course I’m not saying to remove diamonds or the player would finish the entire game quickly, but one suggestion is that you make the story’s a bit longer per diamond. I’ve seen various comments on this apps review section from months ago, but you still haven’t gotten a chance to read or do anything about it? For example episode, the story’s per ticket are very much decent, but on this app I’d say it’s like a minute for a diamond. I really think you guys would get lot’s more full stars if you changed that. Other then that, the game itself is pretty good. I think you should take my, and others, suggestion seriously to create an even more wondrous game!

Old vs new
I originally played this game before it rereleased by a new company and found it very enjoyable as it had a very interesting plot and good dialogue. After I finished every route I deleted it since I was finished playing, and have only just recently decided to download it again. Personally, I do find the new layout of the game much more pleasing to look at than what it was before, but that’s about all I enjoy. To be honest that in the new version there are way too many ads, it ruins the look of the home screen and even shows up while playing which is very distracting and not attractive. In the old version, when you chose the “right answer” there would be a little twinkle around the characters face, and I felt that they should of kept that instead of removing it. (also there used to be a ticket system instead of gems which I like a lot better and wish they kept, since it was easier to save up throughout the days you didn’t play.) All in all the game is still fun to play but I wished they wouldn’t have changed it so much.

It’s free in the sense that you can read the whole story without paying, but it’s come to my attention that you’d have to play routes three times just to get the happy ending. You’re choices don’t have any impact to the ending you get. I really love playing otomes and what I find to really fun about them is how my choices actually can lead me to a good or bad end. So if it is true that your choices don’t hold any merit to the ending you get, then what’s the point of playing?
Then there are the bonus stories. I’m not even entirely sure what that’s all about because it’s not necessarily explained entirely. If you’re going to put something within your game that requires money to access, I would expect a better explanation on what it is and what it does exactly.
I do feel that this has potential and I’ve come to find that I like a lot of the characters already based on the few chapters of read so far on few of the characters. I really do hope that this gets better.
