ALARMS IN THE APPLICATION

Change the alarm tone, change the volume, change how long snooze is, and change the alarm time (Example: From 02:25 to 16:45).

BRIGHTNESS

On the time page, when you move your finger up and down, it changes the brightness for your clock. The app should mostly be used during an Overnight or a Sleepover.

TEXT COLOURS

Go to settings ➡️ Clock display and you will find yourself in a move & scale. If you tap on the 11:30 you can change what colour the time is. When you tap on the 1 January, 2016 it changes the colour of the date. When you tap on the Next alarm: 7:00 PM it changes the colour of the next alarm text.

APP TOUR

When you first go into the app, you are at a menu. The menu has 4 buttons. The first one says: SETTINGS, the second one says: TIMER, the third one says: ALARM, and the fourth one says CLOCK. The 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 one goes to the screen that shows the time, the 𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦 one goes to the screen where all your alarms are stored. The 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫 one goes to the screen where you can set a timer. And the 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 one goes to the place with INFO, the CLOCK DISPLAY and BACKGROUND COLOR. Even BUY EXTRAS.

The best thing about this app, no annoying ads.
It’s very easy to set up, notifications stay up at the top. You can set the volume of the alarm which was the main reason why I tried this app. The only downside is that you can’t choose music from your playlist but I’m waking up, not trying to jam out.

When I received my IPhone 14 Pro Max the previous version of Nightstand was not available so I got this version. I was glad that the extras that I paid for on the old version transferred to the new one. However the extras do not seem like much now. Here are some of the downgrades on the new version. The old one had a choice of 31 alarm sounds, the new one has 7. The old one had fade in sound, the new one doesn’t. The old one had a choice of 44 pictures for wallpaper, the new one has a choice of 14 solid colors. The old one had the current weather on the clock face. This is such a disappointment, the old version was perfect. The new version is bare bones. I guess I will be shopping for a new clock.

The alarm clock that I had been using for years was no longer available so when I upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro so it no longer functioned. The IOS is the most recent published as well.

I downloaded this app and purchased the “extras” to change the colors. Set up an alarm and it never went off! Set up 3 alarms for the following day and none went off! All notifications are set to on and volume is up as high as possible. At the alarm time, the screen goes black then seconds later screen goes back to the clock stating the time of the next alarm.

Very disappointing and needless to say it doesn’t go over well to say your alarm didn’t go off and that’s why your late for work!!!

So I actually paid for the “extra features” on this app. I was hoping for more options for the display and all it changed was the colors of the numbers and the background color. You can’t change the font or style or anything. And there were no other extras with this upgrade. Also I tested the alarm multiple times. I set it to wake up to music in my library. It did not work. The music didn’t play and it didn’t beep or anything. In fact when it was time for the alarm to sound the app literally crashed and did not reappear, the clock display disappeared. Good thing I tested it before actually needing the alarm to wake me up. I want my $2.99 back !

This app has great visuals, it's nice that you can change the colors of the different information fields. The only issue I seem to have with it,is that for some reason the alarm doesn't correspond to any settings. Initially it would go off everyday even though I had it set to a five day a week schedule. Then for some reason it started alarming every ten minutes even though I shut the alarm off. I uninstalled and reinstalled and just didn't take on the hassle of playing with the alarm. I'll just use the stock alarm and this as my beside clock at night.

The first time I set the alarm and tested it, it wouldn’t allow me to use music. No matter what song I pick it still says beep, and then the horrible beeping sound goes off for the alarm. Also, I did not have an opportunity to hit snooze.

The next times I tried to use it every time the alarm should go off, it was silent and the app crashed, so no alarm. Sadly I paid for this and it doesn’t work.

Alarms need to be extremely reliable. I like the way it looks, but it actually needs to be functional. Now I’m deleting this app.

I have tried several similar apps but they were all too bright or had too much extraneous information. I just got this one and so far haven’t been able to find a brightness setting, but was able to effectively dim brightness by setting background to black and text to dark grey

I gave this one a five star review cause its very simple to use! No annoying things to pop up or get in the way of you trying to set your alarm. I do wish it would send a little reminder the nite before Incase you get home and you’re too tired or forget for whatever reason. Get this app!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

This was once the best alarm clock app out there. Then one day it quietly updated and I haven’t slept or woke up reliably since. After the update the screen must be on for the brow noise generator to function leaving my bedroom lit up with even the lowest brightness setting. The app crashes often enough that I wake up worried that it won’t wake me up, and it often doesn’t. I can’t even set an alarm without it crashing. I would look elsewhere if waking up on time is important to you!
