* Access eCard with a single tap: You can now access your eCard with just one tap from the home screen. This makes it easier to borrow books from the libraries and access other library services.
* Easier access to Udemy Business, Seat Booking System & The Little Book Box: We've added shortcuts to these features on the home screen, so you can quickly access them without having to navigate through the app.
* VoiceOver support: We've added VoiceOver support for several features in the app, including New eBooks, You May Like, Browse eBooks by Subject, Browse eMagazines, and curated reads. This makes it easier for users with visual impairments to navigate the app and discover new content.

Buggy!
Nice features, but very buggy. I have four profiles for each family member. But even a simple task like switching profiles is impossible. Please help to fix. Don’t let a good app be marred by sloppy implementation.

Major error on NLB App
I am having error on my NLB App. Can’t get beyond the error page despite tapping on Home button. Is NLB going to do anything about this. I can’t borrow any ebooks!

Access to many publications and newspapers besides e-books

Buggy Connectivity and Login
App could be better if we can pass the login page as and when we want to sign in. Have deleted and reinstalled, issue remains. NLB can do better in leading our Digitization by getting its app fixed. Disappointing.

Good but .....
With this new revamp that completely replace the old version, why can't you just make it support the bigger phones screen sizes? It had already been several years that large screen sizes are out, so please take the initiative to make the new app support this. It makes you seem like you are out of touch in our smart nation initiative.

This new app is HORRENDOUS.
Who is the developer????? It makes going to the library to get books a very horrible experience now that it’s impossible to borrow any books!! App is unable to even load the e card

This app looks good on the outside.
I like many of the features:
Scan to Borrow
Read Online
Pay Fees Online
Reserve Books
However, the app is totally useless if I am blind and using this app to try to read ebooks from our library.
Using voiceover, I am unable to access the Login or Back Arrow buttons. The buttons on the bottom menu are all not labeled: voiceover reads them as "TAB".
Even if I were to be able to get to an ebook, I can't read it online when voiceover is active.
Please fix the accessibility of this app.
