Good Basic Exercise App
I'm doing the 30 Day Challenge and it's motivating. This app is no nonsense. It talks you through the moves and you get your workout done quickly and feel inspired for the day ahea.

On the stretching, there's no extra time for switching sides, so that needs to be fixed. I just watch for the halfway point on the timer and switch, but that means I'm getting like a 2 second stretch on each side.

I just started this I like it because the workouts are not that hard and it gets you thru ur workouts fast and me as a elementary student I used to get up at six to do long workouts that I didn’t know how to do I also feel ready for the days I have phis Ed and it also improves my performance due to the fact I have done some exercises and I feel like I can power thru more than I used to and I feel like I will get stronger as I do the 30 day challenge plus I like how it gives you a small break in between exercises so you are more likely to do the next activity correctly and I have 0 complaints 5 stars

The only reason why I didn’t leave a 5 star review is because I do feel like the app needs more exercises especially for the 10 minute daily one. You only get 10 seconds to do, and if it’s your first time then you’re spending half that time figuring out how to properly do it.

It’s okay short workouts
App is straight to the point just seems like workouts are very short compared to actual weight training and such not sure how much benefits gonna try it though

Get fit fast
This app is really good if you do what it tells you to do you could feel your muscle stretching right away highly recommend it this is one of the best fit apps I have ever enjoyed.

Some timing issues
During the stretching after workout the description of the stretch will say to hold stretch for 10-15 seconds then repeat other side. However the app counts 10 seconds and then moves to the next stretch

Simple yet effective
Good basic easy to follow exercises with instructions if you need. Great for the time crunched when you want to get a little gym time in but don’t have the time to get to the gym!
