Great instructional videos but the tracking portion (and workout timer for that matter) doesn't make much sense. They discuss moving through progressions by increasing the numbers of reps/sets but there is nowhere in the workout log to record the number of reps/sets you actually did. The workouts are essentially just a timer and there are only 2 sets in each workout so when you've worked up to three I guess you're just on your own. Worth the free download for the instructional videos but not much else.

Do not buy this for tracking
Free app had some good videos, but do not buy the tracking app the tracking app. It only tracks time worthless for workout tracking and planning.
