The NoraGO app is an application that requires access from your service provider to view their content. The NoraGO app does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios. Setplex is the software development entity behind the NoraGO app which is built to be a media player for the provider to offer their content to the end user.
Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider). After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content. If you have issues logging in or technical issues please contact your service provider NOT Setplex.

- Custom Video Player. We have improved our Player, now it is more responsive and under user control. Added additional gestures - possibility to switch between different player modes.
- Added support for Login via Email. Now subscribers don’t need to remember their username, they can log in just using their email (linked to their account) and password
- Were improved UI of some screens to make our app more user-friendly (Details of movies/tv shows home page, etc.)
- Added Option to add to Favorite lists Movies, TV Shows, TV Channels by subscriber. Now it makes easier for subscriber to have access to their favorite content

In this major update we thrilled to bring our latest enhancement — Time shifting TV channels. Now you have the ability to time-travel (pause/play, rewind, and fast forward) program content by accessing playback controls for the channel. Select the channel with live rewind feature (note: lists of the channels depend on your provider) and use time-shifting at any time while watching. Quickly navigate between the most exciting parts of your favourites or skip annoying ads and if you’re too far in the past Live button joins you in progress to the program.

No search option
The design and ease of use is great but it’s missing one HUGE thing... a search option! Can you add a search field on the Apple TV app?

OCCASIONAL STOPS
Like a bus line; this program stops & goes (sometimes!) When it’s working, it has great video & sound. When it’ snot, just change channels and watch something else. It may be your internet speed not keeping up with the device you’re watching it on or it’s poor programming (1’s & 0’s.) Despite the stoppage, or rather, if you can live with it, you’ll surely enjoy the channel programming (selection.). Twice in six months I couldn’t watch anything for 2-3 days because either they were performing “mainframe maintenance” or they got shut down. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars(!!!) instead of 5.

Lots of issues
One issues I’m having is when I watch it seems as if it’s zoomed in on my tv just bought a qled 55 and tried watching tv And it’s zoomed in when watching anything on app another issue is where some channels don’t work and where on the channel guide it won’t shows names of show that is on.

Tried 10 days in a row to reach them...

Racist and Homophobic Content
If you select the video on demand option, they will show racist and homophobic news snippets before you can preview the movie trailer. It’s only on a few movies, but we know their intent.

Not worth it, no longer streaming all American, power, BMF , or any other mainstream hit tv shows or bet shows since the recent update.

Channels won’t load
The subscription is supposed to have +600 live channels... I only bought it for beinsport and the championsleague... doesn’t even load those couple of channes!!🤦♂️
