**BIG UPDATE: iCloud sync**
We are delighted to announce a long awaited feature: if you have iOS 13, your data will be automatically synced to other devices with the same iCloud account when you open the app!! Also, all data remains local, meaning that your data is safe even if the sync fails (for example, if internet connection is lost).
Also, we have made some improvements to adjust the app to iOS 13 Dark Mode and the new iPhone. Enjoy!!

NEW UPDATE: Readiness!
Now, Nordics can assess your daily readiness. It compares your daily scores with your average values from the last 2 months to assess if you are ok, moderately or highly fatigued. By default, moderate threshold is set at 1 standard deviation (SD), and high fatigue threshold is set at 1.5SD. You can also set your own thresholds under settings.
Also, we made under the hood performance improvements

Exciting new features in Nordics:
-Now you can add an additional weight to calculate torque (especially useful for strong athletes who need to use an extra plate because they don't have a breakpoint in the regular nordic hamstring exercise!)
-NEW UNILATERAL TEST! Measure your leg asymmetry by conducting an unilateral test. Just perform a modified single-leg nordic hamstring exercise with your left and right legs, and Nordics will measure your leg asymmetry!
-Full iOS 11 compatibility

Exciting update: torque calculation! Now the app calculates the torque, which is a measure of rotational force based on bodyweight and lower-limb length. This is important, because same angle does not represent same effort for everybody; it is harder for heavier, taller athletes. Nordics now provides a more individualized metric to monitor your hamstring prevention/rehabilitation program!!
Note: after updating, go to the menu and click 'Edit user' to add the bodyweight and lever distance. Saved tests prior to updating will show just the angle, not the torque (it will appear as 0.0)
