NOTE'd Hack 1.9.18 + Redeem Codes

I've had this app for years and I love it. The notebooks are fun and organized, and my only complaint used to be that I couldn't organize the notes within each notebook in a way that made sense to me (i.e. by title or just by dragging and dropping them into my preferred order). But I just logged in tonight and every time I went to edit a note, I got a very loud ad for a game or app and even though I was able to skip it after a few seconds, the fact remains that this is a PAID app and one of the reasons I love it is that I don't have to deal with ads or anything like that. I don't see why this is suddenly the way this app works but I'm going to have to find a way to export my notes to a different app. I'm not mad that there are ads...I'm mad that there was no update saying that ads were now part of the platform, nor can I see a way to get rid of them. I love this app for how I can organize things but the addition of ads for a paid app without any warning feels deceptive and that's a deal breaker. I'm only giving it 3 stars because without the ads, it's a great app. But as someone who has had this app for many years and who paid for it, I would've hoped for more transparency from the developers about a change like this. I'm going to have to find an alternative app but should you ever decide to bring back the great app that you used to have, I'm willing to give it a second chance.

I have enjoyed this app over the years, and I used it for a good bit of stuff. But, for some reason there are now advertisements? Didn’t see that coming, but I am definitely going to be switching over to a different app. Also I once selected “yes allow Note’d to be unlocked with touchID” and then I added a friends finger print to my phone, so I tried to turn off that function so as to keep my notes safe, but I cannot turn it off anywhere.

Out of all, it was a good app. But with the adds and other small annoyances like not being able to arrange notes how I would like or really not having the easiest photo-inserting interface; I have decided to transfer notes and move on. This should be a long process, but I need a more reliable app.

I have been using this app for years now and I love it. I do have a couple of suggestions though:
(1) PLEASE......give the ability to allow someone to change their mind in deleting anything, by asking them if they are “sure” they want to continue!! Or better yet, put the deleted item into something like a “closet” for a couple of days so it can be gotten to later. I have lost so much unretrievable data because I have hit a wrong button; or even had to leave the data that I was working on unexpectedly and unable or forgot to hit that button.
(2) If someone is working on data and is called away unexpectedly; save that data so that they have the capability of getting it back before it is deleted. That is just what happened to me. I had a very long packing list and it was immediately deleted at that point.

I’ve enjoyed this app for years. I like the way it lets me organize notes in attractive little folders. Also, unlike the free iPhone notes app, this one lets me read the notes without accidentally making edits to them (very handy). BUT, an update in early 2020 added noisy unstoppable ads. They pop up every single time I stop editing a note, whether I try switch to another folder or close the app. The ads all include audio and last for 30 seconds!! This is unacceptable. Not only is it annoying and inconvenient, especially in a paid app that never before had ads, but in many circumstances it is inappropriate for my phone to suddenly play a loud video without warning. Each time it’s happened I was taken by surprise and couldn’t immediately figure out how to stop the noise, thus annoying those around me and embarrassing myself. Sure way to lose your customer base! Please address this ASAP and I’ll change my review back to 5 stars. If not, I’ll stop using the app entirely.

My wife and I have used this app for the last 3 years and we’ve absolutely loved it with the features and personalizations that are available. It’s a very useful tool.

But why, after we purchased this app - WITH real money - are there now ads that pop up when I open the app, when I open/close a note, when I navigate through my settings, etc???
I get that ads are a source of funding for the developers, but if someone spends money on an app, they should not have to deal with annoying ads. If the app is not showing good enough revenue, then maybe they should consider having a “free download” with the option to pay for an ad free experience like every other app on the App Store.

To make it worse, there was no notification/update regarding this change. I have read many more reviews from other people with the same issue. All are ignored by Suxxexx (the developer) because they do not even respond to the complaints -and I’m sure mine will also be ignored. Suxxexx needs to make this right and start communicating with the people that are unhappy with this unannounced change.

I’ve been using this app for over 4+ yrs. There were no ads. Then there were a few ads. No big deal. You’d expect that.
Then progressively, ads started appearing when switching between documents. Annoying 15 sec ads. Now in the last month, the ads are more frequent. In the last two weeks, they are asking me, to pay, for using it. REALLY? I think the price is ridiculous. So I have exported all my documents to the note app native to my phone until I can find a free one to use.
I used this app weekly, it’s a shame it’s gone to a pay one and if you don’t pay what they ask, you get to see several 30 sec +ads while just switching between your documents.
So much for being a loyal user of an app. Everyone seems to be gouging consumers for no reason. This one included. Good bye Note’d.

I got this app years ago and loved it so much but a few months ago on my iPhone 6 it started crashing every time I opened one of my folders and so I can’t access any of the notes in that folder. And I tried backing up the app, I made a Dropbox account specifically so I could back it up but the app is so old that Dropbox doesn’t support it anymore so that didn’t work. I even tried going to ‘all notes’ and finding them that way but that crashes too. I have tried literally everything I can think of and can’t get it to work no matter what, and it appears there’s no longer support for the app; it hasn’t been updated in years and when I click on ‘about note’d’ it just takes me to the download page. So there’s really nothing I can do to retrieve my lost notes and I couldn’t possibly be angrier with an app right now.

This used to be my absolute go to app for notetaking. So much so that I happily paid for the app sometime ago. Fast-forward to today, I logged in only to find that the app is now completely littered with ads. Moreover, there’s no way to remove the ads, as it appears that the app has gone to a free model with no way of upgrading so as to remove the darn ads. And Although I do realize that there’s money in ads, It seems to me that the decent thing for the developers to do would have been to make allotments for those who have previously paid for the app…In other words, if someone has paid for the app previously, they should’ve been “grandfathered in” and thereby not have to deal with the constant barrage of ads. So at this point, I’m headed back to the App Store to find a replacement.

I have been using it for a long time and I love it. The skins are amazing. I loved how I could back it up and restore all my files. Until recently when I got a movie the developer would not be updating the app to the new software which I wish he could. I love this app and would love to continue using it but I can no longer download all my notes since the developer hasn’t updated the software to the new iOS 11. Please update so I can continue to use it.

I've been using Note'd since 2013, and I hope they never take it off the app store! When I use the app, I usually turn my wifi off, so that solves the ad issue. (Though I do watch ads sometimes, to support the app.) I just wish there was a way to export all of my notes to ensure I have a backup in case the app is taken off the app store / ios update issue / etc. Otherwise, I love it!
