Happy to see this application refreshed!!
I’ve been a long time user of this app all the way back to my first blackberry. I made the switch to iPhone over 10 years ago and this was one of the few apps I transferred over. It worked great for many years however as time moved forward it started to look and feel outdated (I’d like to add even though it was outdated due to the design it never lost functionality and always worked as intended). I really was starting to get worried assuming at some point this app would just stop working and disappear from the App Store. The problem was I could never find anything close to the user experience of nRange Golf GPS and because of that I decided to keep using until it ether stopped working altogether ... or .... was updated... I’m so happy that it was updated and hope to continue seeing regular updates and improvements as I will continue to recommend this application to anyone looking for a golf gps, It is by far leaps and bounds forward from any competition available in the App Store.

nRange is BACK!!
I have used nRange since my Blackberry days and migrated to iPhone years ago; and recommended it to a lot of people. I have enjoyed the ease of use, scoring, great hole views, yardages, ability to measure distances to hazards/features and the ability to track selected stats. Over the past 2-3 years the app had been ‘neglected’ and would usually crash after 13 holes (loosing all scoring & stats; wasn’t a problem if you were only playing 9 holes). I reached out the the nRange team and learned they were about to release an updated version for iOS. Well, it’s out and it’s great again! I’ve only played one full round with it, but it’s like having an old (yet improved) friend along. GREAT JOB nRange team.

Love this app!
I’ve been using this app since 2011 and can’t imagine playing a round without nRange. It’s easy to see the front, middle and back pin distances. The app also shows great aerial views to help navigate obstacles with the ability to display distances from your location to any point in the hole. Yardages are also quite accurate. I recommend this app for anyone who doesn’t want to invest in a separate range finding device.

Great golf App
I’ve been using this app for several years and it has worked reliable not only at the courses in my hometown but wherever I’ve travelled. The rare private course may not be listed but for most, can’t beat the price and accuracy.

Excellent 2.0 upgrade!
I have been very pleased with this app since I started using it on my Blackberry in 2009. However, I didn't care for it when I switched to the IPhone in Oct 2011. So I sent an email to nRange my concerns. I got responses to both sent emails saying a new version was in the works. 2.0 is that new version, and I love it! I'm a lifetime member.

Needs updated
I’ve been using this app for 4 years on my iPhone 6S and it has worked very good until this year. Almost every round this year on going from the 13th to 14th hole the program hiccups and goes to the start screen. I can turn the phone sideways and get to the scorecard but the only thing I can do is post the round at that point and then finish the round after restarting and use the posted round to complete the round with the last five holes in operation. This is very frustrating because I use the app to capture all the statistics. Today I thought I had posted the first 13 hole round but found that I didn’t so I was glad we had kept a paper scorecard. I end up doing a lot of guessing when I don’t have a paper backup. If it wasn’t for this hiccup happening I would be the biggest fan of this program, hence the four star rating.

Had this app for my Blackberry Bold and it was the BEST golf GPS app out. I was so impressed I paid for the lifetime subscription ($80 at the time).
Was hoping it would be just as great on the iPhone but was severely disappointed!!! It's virtually useless for anything but yardage to pin. Impossible to pan map, zoom is a pain, and the scorecard interface is terrible (you can't input zero for some stats!!! Not everyone putts, sand saves, or has a penalty EVERY hole!)
Looking forward to the update they promised. Until then, a mere 2 stars for the iPhone... The BB version deserved 10 stars!
