Update
Is there any chance this app will ever be updated? The UI looks outdated, it sometimes feels slow and unresponsive, and for a valuable app, is incredibly undervalued.

No longer works?
When I first started using this app about a year ago it worked okay. Not great, but it was sufficient. Now the app does not work properly, despite my deleting and redownloading it, waiting a long time, etc. Now when I open the app it gets stuck about authorizing the app to access data from myNEU. I login and authorize, but then it asks to authorize again and eventually gets stuck on a blank white screen. Really wish this would be fixed.

It’s pretty good
I’ve used this app for a little over three years now.
It’s good. You log in and occasionally have to re-login.
Things update slowly. Meal swipes for example will often be a day or two behind MyNeu/Northeastern
Sometimes the app doesn’t reliably refresh.
One of the most useful features has been the directions to buildings. They use GPS coordinates and it is so so helpful when going to a new building.
The interface is decent. It’s not very modern or sleek, but it does the job.

Needs Menus
If you could please either add the function to see cafeteria menus for the day or make a separate app for that im sure everyone would greatly appreciate that!!!

Please fix it
This app helped me as a freshman to get around and find my classes and know my GPA. But it’s very unreliable because it logs you out and then when you try to log in it does not authorize and the screen turns blank. It has major errors connecting to northeastern servers. Please fix it

Doesn’t work
It was very helpful when I first got it but after a week it stopped working completely and I deleted and redowoaded it and it still doesn’t work

App broken
Can’t log in to the app anymore. After entering credentials it redirects you to the NUCareers Employer login to SAIL! How it even managed to break like that I have no idea. But I have not found a way to get past this error.

Not great
The UI is old, the app hasn’t been updated to support the iPhone X and Xs for the notch. It can’t be that hard to update, yet it’s been 2 years.
