Finally fixed!
After a month of this app not working, they’ve finally fixed it with the latest update! I submitted many tickets and never heard a response. I wish someone had reached out to at least let us know that they were aware of and working on the problems. But I’m glad that I can use the app again!

We Love Number Blocks
We love number blocks at our house. My 6 and 4 year old grandsons have learned so much just from watching the show, so when I saw that there is an app, I had to download it. The only negative to the app is that I have 2 children who are at 2 different levels of learning but there isn’t a way to set up for each of them individually. So when the little one is done playing/learning the older one then uses the app and so I lose track of their individual progress. The content is 5stars but the fact that you can’t set up individual accounts to easily track each child’s progress is a negative.

This app needs work
I have this fantastic old Number Blocks app with just the videos, each episode labelled. Delightful. Now instead of forcing me to get this one and charge a subscription for a mediocre app I would have been happy to pay and keep the other one. In every section of this app there is a variable lag in between the words said by the narrator. Sometimes 3 sec, sometimes 10 seconds. Everything is slow. The songs section is a great idea had you kept all the songs with the intro, and labelled each song. The videos are not titled, I cannot find the episodes my child loves. Everything about this app was not thought thoroughly and it feels like a waste of good material and developers.

I wanted to love this game
my daughter loves number blocks and I was willing to pay for this app but the game has so many flaws i’ve honestly never experienced with any game ever. The background audio is so loud and disrupts the video songs. there was suppose to be a quiz and it didn't even show the quiz nor were there any instructions for anything. It wasn’t interactive which was very disappointing. some of the “game” left a blank screen with nothing to do and a number block just sitting there. There are far too many flaws that I hope they fix because at this point it’s basically pointless and a waste of space on the phone.

How do you play offline?
I want to give this 5 stars, but until this app can be used of trips, I cannot. Our iPad does not have any data and can only download over WiFi. While doable when at home, being unable to use the app when out of the house is a huge disappointment. I see an option to remove downloaded videos, so I assume I can do offline by downloading a season at a time. However, I cannot find anyway to download and play offline.
As soon as my small ones can enjoy this app on long trips, this app, and the Alphablocks World app, will be an instant 5 star for me.

I love Numberblocks!
Updated: Purchased this app and LOVE IT! I want to buy a subscription for this app since Netflix is discontinuing with program, which I am very disappointed, but The second episode is not working properly...It shows the first episode in it’s place the second time and I am not sure if other episodes will do the same. If this is corrected I will definitely get the subscription.

Hello, I’m located in the USA and my daughter has been using Alphablocks and Numberblock apps for quite some time. We love it! But starting a few days ago, videos on both apps cannot be loaded. Sometimes the window that says no internet connection pops out ( while it is already connected to internet). Sometimes the entire app just froze for no reason. I tried deleting and redownloading the app. But it did not help. Are we the only one experiencing the problem? So frustrating because we truly love it and have been using it every day…

Not Accessible
My son really loves Numberblocks. This app looks like it could be really great for him, but it isn’t accessible with the sound off. So it isn’t accessible to the deaf/ hard of hearing/ auditory processing disorder community. It would easily be a five star app if the narration had the option to be captioned and there was a lifetime purchase option in addition to the subscription options. As it is I am glad for the free trial so I am not out any money, and I can always come back when/if captioning is added.

Would be great if it worked
Glad there was a free trial because the app froze constantly on our brand new iPad and it just frustrated my kiddo half the time. The writing/tracing numbers activities also teach kids to write numbers incorrectly (For example, the number 5 is definitely incorrect.) I wish I had more time to explore the app personally, but honestly my kid was just so frustrated with it freezing that I canceled the free trial and deleted it. It's a bummer because he really loves number blocks!
