Thank you, David
David Lesser & the Numina app helped me step out of comfort zone and the videos forced me (in a good way) to be truthful to myself and what I want. Working with David helped me find a better way to seek support and he taught me to not just to giving advise but instead, inquire, empathize, support, and challenge.
I have only done a handful of lessons on the app and I see improvement. Can’t wait do dig around some more :)

Great for self-development
Very powerful app for self-reflection and self-development. The first session "Be your full potential" made me realize how strong I am, and that I have more room for self-improvement :)

Build more trust with your team
The Numina app, in conjunction with sessions led by David Lesser, was very easy to use and helped our group build quite a bit more trust and empathy. An awesome experience and much deeper development exercises than I expected.

Great App
This is a great program that does many things - you really learn a lot about yourself and see that your own motivations and fears are similar to other people. That in turn helps you to understand how to motivate yourself but others as well. One side note - this app also taught me to be more comfortable talking into my tablet and making a video. I saw myself becoming more comfortable with my emotions and with making a video as I progressed through the app.
