ChrisArredo,
Very good app! Some ideas
This app is perfect, exactly what I am looking for

Just a few suggestions; There are so many macronutrients and vitamins on the list, it would be nice to be able to highlight/colorcode the nutrients that you cared about so it would be easier to read..

We would be able to highlight something like transfat as red to tell ourselves to avoid eating too much, or gray out nutrients that we are indifferent to in our diet. Also maybe we could add our own descriptions below each nutrient? Like I want to be able to write “Body also produces some vitamin D from the sun” underneath vitamin D to remind myself it’s okay if my daily intake is not 100%.

Just some ideas! This app is awesome regardless
sallysellsshootshells,
Basic but awesome!
I’ve been looking for basic food nutrition information for my diabetic husband for a while that didn’t require I run to the computer every time I needed to look something up. This completes it. Thank you! Thank you SO much. I hope to see you continue to update and keep the app going.
ptt1,
Really helpful
I’m glad it is available again. It has been very useful in tracking all my nutritional needs
Mc121trq,
Great app!
It has ALL raw ingredients however there is a trick to find them, type "raw" after the item name, for example "Apple raw" or "kale raw" or "cucumber raw"...
Mr Scruffy,
Great app.
This is a very useful app. Sometimes you search something that responds with 50 or more, sometimes much more choices and the most common of that item will be low on the list if on it at all. Most of the time spent on this app is searching.
It would be great to put the most common from the top of the list down. One example comes to mind is milk. Whole milk is 3/4 down the list, 2% and 1% are on the bottom. The first one is sheep milk…yummy. There is no lactose free, almond milk, coconut milk etc. listed at all. This is typical of many items.
Also, when inputting your quantities it defaults to 100 grams. You have to manually change settings every item searched. I’m in the United States and even though the nutrients are listed in mg what I am putting in my mouth are ounces and pounds etc.
Next to the mg listed is the daily allowance listed as a percentage which is very helpful and the only way to track it. Problem is the daily allowance is for healthy people and most healthy people don’t spend an extra hour in the grocery store checking nutritional facts on everything they buy. My daily allowance is no where near the daily allowance listed. Easy fix would be to allow people to input there profile and the app sets a daily allowance specific to them. Numerous other apps do this so it can’t be too difficult. Think of diabetics and kidney disease patients.
Last thing, set the size of the display. Every new search the nutritional list default is very small. I blow it up each time and it would be great if I could lock in that size.
Do this and it is a 5 star app.

Hard to use
Hard to use. No easy look up. And no easy save. Disappointing
Really?123?,
ABSOLUTE WASTE
If there was a 0 star this app would deserve it. I should’ve read the reviews first. Very difficult to use. Couldn’t get it to function like it should in the description. Now I have to find a new app because this is getting deleted immediately!
LimaBean75,
It’s a rip-off
They don’t even have a help section, and when you click the “contact us” link it goes to an error page. Waste of money. Can’t even imput data.
Waterfoxes,
Hard to use
Absolutely terrible app design. Not easy to use at all. Wish I could get my three dollars back because I didn’t even use it beyond opening it.
Bluskies252,
Minimal functionality
This app pretty much only has processed foods and does not allow for the input of amounts and recipes. Thus, the numbers it generates are skewed and not reflective of what an individual ate.
