The owl game is still not fixed!
Given the fact that difficulties with the game has already been mentioned in several reviews, I have very little confidence that my review will make any difference. I too have not been able to get past the owl game. I did not get a directions page, as shown in the guide, merely a note with a map on it. I deleted and reloaded the game, to no avail.
Whatever pleasure the game may offer is totally negated by my inability to complete the story.
I would have rated it a “zero”, if possible, not because of the glitch, but for the obvious disregard of feedback from many who came before me.
Thank you for teaching me to read reviews before I waste my time and money.

Owl mini game glitch still there
I do enjoy this game but cannot get past the owl mini game. I've been using the guide, just to make sure I haven't missed anything getting to that point. What happens for me is, when I put the note pieces together I do not receive the directions sheet. What happens is, I'm supposed to select the note and it's supposed to turn over and have directions on the back, I think. Instead, what I get is the map, which I don't need until after completing the owl mini game, and that's when I should receive the map so I can use the hang glider and map to move on through the game. During the owl mini game, the guide shows that the various objects (tower, etc) will glow when you have the viewer placed correctly. Using the exact instructions in the guide to move along with the viewer, nothing ever glows, and nothing is clickable. Please fix this and send out an update! You will have a lot more happy gamers!

Off the record
Game freezes at owl map, as others have posted. Wish I had waited for reviews before purchase. This is happening frequently with the newer games, and always happens after purchasing the product. What is happening? Rush to sell, less testing, or lack of care for customers? Tired of help saying the same things over again, unload, close all windows, and reloading without any improvement. Then if they decide it should get results from complaint they give me free games on lap or desk computers, when product was purchased for iPad .
I would rather wait until testing is done to insure a proper working product, than purchase a poorly developed game. I am loosing faith with you Big Fish.

I saw all the 1 star reviews & wanted to give a more positive review because from my experience, this is not a one star game.
I purchased the full game and have played it through until the end, including the bonus game. I found no glitches and no problems playing the "owl game".
I'm happy to support games that are about "real people" &/or realistic situations because they are so few and far between. I'm so sick & tired of the monsters & supernatural games that are everywhere. I find them childish & have a hard time playing something that's so implausible.

Glitch, WANT A REFUND
I have bought many big fish games in the past and had no problems, So it is so disappointing to see that when a big fish game does have a problem no one takes action to fix it. I have seen reviews saying the same glitches have happened to their game (the owl map puzzle) from OVER A YEAR AGO. And yet no one has fixed it. Very upsetting to see and I feel very frustrated that I have wasted my money on this. While big fish games usually is very good about these things I must say I’m very disappointed with the outcome and therefore wouldn’t recommend buying this game and in the future.

Owl mini game glitches
Since there are other reviews regarding this same issue from as long as 4 years ago, I have little to no confidence this issue will be addressed. However, as others have described, the game will not go past the owl mini game where the note is supposed to give directions and instead gives you the map. The items do not “glow” once found in the mini game and the chapter will not move past this glitch point. Deleted and reinstalled, started again at the beginning with the same result! So disappointing!!!

I'm also stuck on the owl game. I noticed in the guide that the game was activated before you assemble the harness. I'm going to start over (😡) and try it I that order. It better work cause getting money back from big fish is impossible.

Owl & nothing!
Really tired of paying for games and having glitches, especially Big Fish games. They used to do a much better job...but now I believe they just want our money and hope for no refund requests! Think I'll find a new source! Too bad, if they cared, they'd be great!

Please give me my money back game freezes in the tower when you find a tower I don’t know what I’m looking for and it doesn’t give you any hints so either give me my money back or you make the game at least something that we can go ahead and finish the stupid game thank you

Fun Up To A Point
This game was really fun up to the point where it didn't work. When I got to the viewer with the owl eyes and opened up the view and started at the old tower nothing happened when I tapped on the tower or any of the other things there. I deleted the game and reloaded it and replayed it and it did the same thing. I would like to have either a fix or my money back from my Eipix or Big Fish. Thanks.
