The full-screen ad was super annoying and detrimental to both the advertiser (I can't even name the property that was advertised) and the usability of the app. That said, the app seemed improved over last year. One thing I'd like to see next year: please replicate the quick-look schedule. If that day at a glance paper schedule was interactive to drill down to the details and synched with the calendar, it would be immensely helpful.

They have an updated schedule but that’s about the only good feature. And that feature isn’t great. There are no room numbers without clicking through to the details when you click back the schedule resets and it’s almost impossible to find what you’re looking for as every line looks alike. The option to see the schedule in a grid by room would be helpful as well.

Annoying ads every time you open it. Don’t mind a banner but a full screen click through every time I open the app is frustrating to click through and making me hate the advertisers they’re trying to promote. Keeps asking me to sign in but there is no way to sign up. And if I’ve signed up previously (which I may have last year) it won’t send a reset email.

First, the convention floor map is so low-resolution that you can’t read booth numbers when you zoom in. If you search for an exhibitor, the tap-to-go to their spot on the map feature does nothing. You can’t search programs/panels for people on the panel, which should be easy to implement since it’s just a basic text search. You can’t sort panels by room to see what’s coming up in the room you’re already in. I would have submitted all this feedback using the “submit feedback” feature, but that’s broken, too (“email application is not configured” error message).

This app SHOULD have been amazing. But the full screen ads pop up far too often and every time I try to remove favorites from my list they will all reappear within 15 seconds. Seriously, I've now tried removing all of Thursday's panels from my favorites list upwards of ten times and I can't get a single one of the to stay off. Online, each event is color coded by type, and the app does not. I ended up setting up my schedule online and syncing it to the app instead. It's become totally useless, now that I can't pare down my panels schedule to what I actually think I can attend, and I can't see just by looking at it what type of event it is. Epic fail.

This app has so much potential to be useful to an SDCC attendee. You can favorite your exclusives! Too bad the exclusives list (and exhibitors, and panels lists) aren't up to date. You can favorite exhibitors! Too bad you can't filter the map to only show you your favorites -- instead it shows you all 400 exhibitors as 400 pins crowding the same map. Too bad you can't sort the exhibitor list by booth number since that's the only info so many exhibitors broadcast to fans. SDCC deserves an app that runs as prestine and as smoothly as the event itself -- this ain't it.

Ok so, I like to look at the schedule and also see what rooms they are located in WITHOUT having to click on each panel. Totally unnecessary to not have it shown on the main schedule page. Then after you click it, some lame ad for a Texas Crap show pops up every time.

The app was useless because it updated, to not show the room/location of the panel/event on the main schedule screen. Sure it seems like one more little step, but if you're doing it 20x that's a waste. I stuck to the actual program guide.

Let's not get into having to create an account that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MEMBER ID in order to mark your favorites. Was this a newly graduated app developer that wanted to try out something "trendy and cool"? Because it was pointless.

Just stop. Make so that the schedule is shown WITH LOCATION & and it would be fine.

The app was slow and irritating.

The app is fine for keeping track of programs, but it’s not always easy to navigate. You also have to know the exact name of the panel or creator you are trying to locate.

I use it before and after each day but tend to use the print guides and daily bulletin when I’m actually at the con.

It is good for discovering the major sponsored events outside of the convention center.

This would have been 5 stars, but I didn't like the NBC banner ad popping up _every_ time I had to scroll back up in the schedule. Occasionally would have been a-ok, but it was irritating and too much as-is.

That said, it clearly pays to have an advertiser with deep pockets, because it showed. The app was smooth, the updates were timely, and it was a pleasure to use!

One complaint: The rooms/locations for different events should be on the summary thumbnail page like the dates and times. You have to open each event to see the room number. That's a click too many.

Favorites were saved without a hitch using a sched account. I'm ready to geek out!

Every single time you open the app, it spams you with the same ad for Midnight Texas. I understand the need for underwriting, but the ad spam prevents use of the app -- each time you use it, you have to remove the ad. Even if you've just switched away from the app for a moment, as soon as you return you're hit with the Midnight Texas add again. The result: I now have a strong aversion to Midnight Texas. I will never watch it. (Not effective advertising.)

It looks like the app could be extremely useful and full of great info. But it keeps crashing after about 30-40 seconds after launching it. Very aggravating and frustrating! 🤯 I’ve tried restarting the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app for the App Store with the same problem happening every time very disappointing seeing that it could be a great app and resource while at the comic con.
