2 stars is too low. Must be a device specific issues (iPhone X) because my app works fine. The home page UI plus the photo filters and map components make it visually appealing. But the menu is a bit of a let down. Their Forward thinking by adding interactive features takes the rating higher.

This app by far is THE worse app I’ve had to deal with. For starters, I had tickets transferred to me, but for whatever reason when I tried to accept and log in, it instantly made me change the password before I could do anything and an error sign can up. I tried to live chat, BUT I couldn’t because I didn’t have an order details. What’s even worse, the 800 number doesn’t even work! (I called atleast 10x all day) It tried to connect the Jags app to my Ticketmaster app, and it went to HELL from there. When I finally got a working number, you already know they were closed for the day at 5 pm, WoW! So needless to say I probably won’t even be able to make it to the game Jags game tomorrow. TOTALLY DISGUSTING WITH THIS APP!

1. Videos/Ads take much longer to load then the old app did. Still have the old one installed so I’ve tested them side by side for comparison
2. Text font too small to read on news articles
3. Can not swipe back to news; must scroll all the way back up to the top to click the back arrow
4. Video UI causes music/podcasts to stop playing in the background every time I open the app(extremely frustrating)
This app has a slick look but feels like there was little to no beta testing before rollout, these are all very simple QOL changes that should have been handled before release. If fixed I will change my review/rating.

This app still needs a LOT more work. For instance, I used this last year and I was able to save my tickets to my wallet and I’m attempting to do the same thing now and the app doesn’t even ask me i want to like I’m unable. And would like to auto save my password for the app as it saves me time logging in and I am also unable to do that. It isn’t awful but it does need more work.

How does an NFL team have such a bad app. Nothing ever loads and when it does it’s only an ad. It’s not user friendly at all. It seems like you’re not listening to the other reviews.

When connected to Bluetooth in my car and I start watching a video it some how goes to a phone call every time and completely shuts everything down. This app seems like it was made 10 years ago when you could have multiple apps open at once.

I would be on a Jaguars app all day if it was worth anything but this makes me lose interest in following the team

The better app is gone and the new devolved app has taken over, brought to us by a seller called Paranoid Fan Inc. That name should be considered as a warning to users given that an unnecessary login is now required. The app is also full of bugs and is not user friendly. Unfortunately, they’ve killed the old, better app. The only thing it shows now is the weather forecast. I would suggest trying other apps like FOX Sports.

Right in the middle of a season in which the Jaguars are finally having a long awaited winning season, whose bright idea was it to insult and alienate the fan base with this piece of junk?

I recently discovered the photos section and was excited to find clear images from each of the games. However, anytime I try to save photos directly from the app, from any album, the app crashes and the photo is not saved to my camera roll. I was hoping to use some of the photos as my wallpaper, but I cannot with the current state of the app. A fix would be much appreciated.

On the top left of screen doesn’t work when trying to go back from reading a news article or trying to go back from watching a video or reading O/Zone etc.... please fix this issue. As of now I have to close app out and re boot every time I want to switch from anything in app. Very frustrating. Other than that I love it, great for keeping up with team news since I had to move away from Jax.

The videos frequently either freeze or sometimes it just shuts down the app.

Takes too long to load videos. When I am in the stadium and want to pull up roster sometimes it takes an entire quarter.

I would like a link to listen to the official broadcast on the app.

Nothing like getting to the last 5 minutes of a video, the whole app crashes then watching the dumb ad AGAIN to find the same spot I was at then waiting for the thing to buffer to get there.

Honestly I prefer the thing to work instead of the pretty main page. Then you guys removed the content from the old app.

Speaking of ads, not every freaking video needs one. Please if the video is less than 2 minutes please forego the ad!

This app is awful and the only reason I downloaded it is because I had to in order to access my season tickets!!! It’s not user friendly and doesn’t let you access all the areas one would think they could from an app. I’m trying to register for a training camp day and can’t. Your directions assume I’m not registered and there is no way to access this if you are already registered. I’d much rather get my tickets the old way. I seriously HATE THIS APP!
