Update: some hours later the ticket portion did work. Maybe there was a server issue?

Accepts the log-on to retrieve tickets, but then fails to pull up any information before providing an error message with an option to try again. If you’re going ticketless, you had better work out all of the bugs in your ticketless app first.

My stepdad almost bought a new iPad because this app works on his iphone and computer but not on his ipad. I spent hours troubleshooting this to find the following: This has been a known issue for over a year and they haven’t fixed it, yet they are happy to charge people for the premium content. Fix this. Its inexcusable. Also, their video content does not work in Safari on the iPad either. You can use Chrome, but really people??!!

It’s apparent by my experience & the experiences of others who have reviewed this app that u can’t do even an average job. Good softball game today….no info available. I quit using this app several months ago because of poor football coverage. Thought I’d try again. Another fail

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone from the 12 to the 14, the app hasn’t worked. I had already updated my IOS on my iPhone 12 to 16.0 IOS and the app was working fine, but since everything was transferred to
my 14, the app has bricked. Very upset because it is impossible to get to my season tickets.

The number of logins you have to do is crazy, especially if you’re trying to list on StubHub. Passwords don’t work even though they are the correct ones. This app has gaslighted me in a myriad of ways.

For this to be the way a “Mecca” football school allows access to season tickets, is inexcusable. The money you make off tickets can afford a decent manageable, reliable, app for its supporters. It’s the only way to support the team! Prioritize us in this. You need to do better OU.

I’m not sure how you take a bad app and make it even worse but you did it. Videos don’t play, app freezes, etc. I needed this for softball but I guess I won’t bother re-upping my subscription. Do everything better.

The app functions okay until it comes to ticket management. Added tickets to the wallet, selling, or transferring them does not work. How is someone supposed to get into a venue with electronic tickets if this app never works?

This app is terrible. It never lets me get to my tickets unless I delete it and then reinstall it. Even then it takes a couple of times to even see my tickets.

I also wish when you looking at your tickets there was a back button. Have to exit go look at each game separately
